Our team was booked in the hotel for 2 nights. There were about 28 in total staying in maybe 10-15 rooms. Great location, very clean, as expected for free breakfast, toast, bagels, cereals, fruit and yogurt, coffee and teas, can't complain. Pool was good considering. Rooms very clean and modern. Check-in was a breeze but had to sign a waiver...

I spent just one short night in this hotel before moving up the street to another Jaro property, but my brother and his family stayed for three nights, along with the rest of the members of my nephew’s hockey team and their families. It is definitely the kind of hotel that is suited to team stays, and its design really...

I went with my daughters ringette team. The price was good but the breakfast felt a bit lacking. Using real plates and cutlery would even help. My first coffee of the day doesn't taste as good in a styrofoam cup. This is a good hotel for sports teams because there were a few and it was loud. The location is...

The rooms were very nice and very clean. The beds oh so comfy with warm, thick bedspreads. We were 3 in the room and had plenty of towels and washcloths. The only negative thing I'd have to say is that, in our room, the window could not be opened.

Worst experience of my life, I have stayed in tones of different hotel in my life having worked 15 years in the travel industry and still travelling for business and pleasure. Rooms nice and clean, size OK but beds quite hard and towels are so thin, time to renew them for sure. Staff not very friendly, check-in very very very...

I stayed here for work on a business trip for a week in Nov 2011. I choose it because the price was drastically cheaper than other hotels and I felt like saving money for the company. It turned out to be a great decision as the hotel had no issues and was clean/comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, they knew...

We were part of a tour group and we stayed at this hotel for one night. This is a very nice and modern hotel. Very clean and spacious establishment. Pluses: the hotel and rooms (as above) Minuses: The service was lacking as we had trouble getting the luggage removed from the outside into the hotel. We had to do it...

Lovely spacious bedroom. Breakfast is help yourself. The use of polystyrene cups, plates, bowls and plastic cutlery is a real let down. There was one member of staff on duty at breakfast time who really needs to change his terrible attitude to guests!

I go there for business more or less on a monthly basis. The decor is modern and clean, without fluff. Bed is great, room is very quiet. The breakfast is basic, but this is what I need. The location is very good since the place is surrounded by restaurants, all withing close walking distance. I'm especially impressed by the fact...

We had a wonderful time in Quebec City this was the last hotel we stayed in. Found it a little pricey but very clean. Really liked the laminate floor and the decor. The breakfast is really just toast, juice and canned fruit. No tub in the room just a shower but a very nice shower. Parking was a little scary...

“Want really-really good quiet, get as high a room number as possible .. not the floor .. the room. 345 is better than 301. This puts you outside the atrium area. While not the end of the world if you overlook the atrium it does get started early in the morning when they put out breakfast (and you were looking to sleep in)”
