Really loved this hotel, staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was modern and the pillows were heavenly. This is located within walking distance to a lot of shops and historical sites in old quebec city. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Boulay) could have been better, but it didn't detract from the loveliness of the hotel...

Found the Hotel placed in the perfect location. Tim's Hortons next door. Attached to Chez Boulay. Lovely little lunch place we ate at a few times with the most amazing Croissants and fresh Pastries. Neg: The Shower was terrible and had more pressure coming out of the hand held piece then shower head (Room 512) The Pillows were sadly so...

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfy. It was also very quiet at night. The staff were all friendly especially the valet. He made sure we knew how to get to all of our locations. The hotel was also in the perfect spot to walk to...

Everything was great, very good value (in February, during Carnival), good ambiance. The staff were efficient and yet fun. Cafe Boulay is a must. The hotel has the pedigree of its excellent location and you know that you are in Quebec City and no-where else. At the same time, the rooms themselves are sparkly and modern. The only thing that...

We stayed here for several days during Winter Carnival and were very pleased with this hotel. The location is excellent, walking distance to all the tourist spots, bars and great restaurants. We stayed here before years ago and were impressed with the renovations that have transformed the rooms to modern and comfortable spaces with lots of room for everything. The...

Spent four nights here in business. First off location is fabulous. Easy to walk everywhere e.g., about 10 minutes to the Chateau Frontenac and Dufferin Terrace. Very close, steps away, are Tim Hortons and McDonalds...not my personal preferences but obviously popular. About 30 minutes by taxi from the airport (minimal traffic) and $35. The service was super, quick and the...
