My wife and I stayed here for two nights visiting Quebec. It is well situated within easy walking distance of the old city and backing the Plains of Abraham. The room was quite small and located in a maze of corridors with only a view of an opposite wall. However it was clean. There is a decent salt water indoor...

We had an enjoyable stay here. It was well located within a short walk of the old part of the city. Staff were helpful and accomodating. We did not breakfast at the hotel so am unable to comment on that.

I only would give 4 stars because we got upgraded to a suite (our room was not ready when we arrived). Our friends stayed in the regular room and it was very small. We wanted to eat somewhere upon arrival and we asked the concierge for his advice. He gave us several options, but all of these options were for...

Four main complaints. Too many bus package tourists. Too difficult to navigate in the hotel, as it's been expanded several times over the years. The pool was too small. And breakfast was unacceptable; we ate elsewhere on our second day. On the upside, we slept well, and the parking under the garage was convenient...and they refunded our second breakfast.

Great location, right next to parliament, the Plains of abraham, and the Grand allee. Lots to see and do all around the hotel. Very comfortable room, nice bathroom, loved the wine vending machine. Construction in building next to hotel started early, but we wanted to get going anyway. Loved our stay. They put us on the 7th floor which had...

We were here for a conference. Ladies at reception were most helpful and pleasant. They had us checked in and set up with free wifi very efficiently. We had some difficulty finding an accessible room with roll in shower in Quebec. As I have found out, the on line booking sites did not help and emails to several hotels were required. Chateau Laurier responded appropriately and the room worked reasonably well although the shower seat was a little low. Hotel is well situated near the National Assembly.
