My wife and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights following our cruise. We originally were given a room with a Queen bed, but after going to the room we asked if a larger room with a King size bed was available. Although we had to wait for a few hours for the room to be ready, the staff was... More

This hotel is in an ideal location to visit the Old Town in Quebec. It is easy to get to when coming from Montreal direction. Located on Grand Allee there are many restaurants nearby, plus the Battlefields Park and the Observatory. It's a short walk through the St Louis Gate to the old town. The hotel has parking (pay) either... More

We arrived very early from the airport and were able to check into our room early (10:30 am). For those who couldn't were able to store their luggage safely in a locked room. Was able to check out later upon departure which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly, always offering assistance with finding places to visit and see... More

Nice rooms, nice location, lots of restaurants nearby and good service. Close to vieux Québec and shopping. Some rooms have great views of St. Lawrence River and the esplanade near the river front. Highly recommended.

This hotel was included in our Ice Hotel package. When we arrived we were asked if we would like to upgrade our room to one that included a jacuzzi tub and river view. It was well worth it as it had to be one of the most spacious rooms we have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful as we... More

Seriously, you have to stay at this hotel. Its right on the edge of the old city, which means its easy to drive to. It has underground parking, so you dont have to carry your luggage from a car park. ($20 per night) plus taxes = $23. Worth every cent. A million restaurants right out side the front door. 2... More

This hotel is in a wonderful location at the top of the hill. They accommodated us perfectly. Looking at the room map, it appears that they have different sized rooms, so be sure to ask if you want more room for 4 people vs. 2 people.

Very welcoming staff at check-in, easy process and friendly staff. Hotel rooms are a little old but clean and maintained.
