Our first time to old Quebec in the winter and, while we missed the outdoor dining, it was still interesting to see the city covered in snow. The lobby has been modernized since our last visit and this time we got a corner room with large windows to look out over Rue St Jean. As always the staff is very...

I can't say enough good things about this hotel!!! 1) Book directly with the hotel either via website or phone. When you do this, you get breakfast free ($15 CAD value p/p). An ample continental breakfast is delivered to your door each morning in a basket. You can even make specific selections the day before. 2) Taxi fare from airport...

We were extremely impressed with the hotel. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The lounge was great with it's coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and fresh fruit. Selecting a movie was easy and then we got popcorn too! Amazed. But my favourite part was the little basket of love on our door every morning, with a continental breakfast inside, so...

The hotel is in a GREAT location. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to our requests. Their "family" room offers coffee, tea and fresh fruit all day. They also provide games and rental movies.

Hotels like this are rare , not especially wonderful in any area , even the bathrooms are petit. The rooms are comfortable and beds and pillow choices excellent. The basket breakfast is novel but not especially superb , so what makes it so good ? I thinks it's the responsiveness of the staff , the smiles , the not just...

An excellent, thoughtful and personalised hotel in a prime location in the old town yet with nearby parking. The lounge area was supremely relaxing, cosy and well supplied with games, dvds, free computers and lemon water. Would love to go back anytime!

Located inside the walls of the old part of town, the hotel was within walking distance of the historical parts of town where there is a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. We drove from Montreal and were able to park for a daily fee at an underground car park very close by. The reception staff were extremely...

The hotel served breakfast in a picnic basket left on a hook on the door. The basket contained actual cutlery and dishes (not plastic/paper) with fresh croissants, Danish, juice, milk/cream, fresh orange, jam and butter. It was lovely. The service and location were excellent. Many pubs and restaurants nearby. A vast selection of pillows and windows that actually open. The...

We stayed at a standard queen and the room is much smaller than what we expect from the photos and seems the space is not very well planned (Fridge inside the closet while drawer under the coffee desk ? Not enough hanging space for coat which is really inconvenience for a snowy winter day) . The bed is just 2...

This lovely property really combines the best of all hotel attributes - being quaint with friendly, boutique-style service and amenities, central location in the heart of old Quebec City, and excellent value. Most outstanding was some of the best above-and-beyond service we have experienced at any hotel: from our warm welcome and efficient but friendly check-in by Pierrot to our...
