We had a three day stay here during a three week road trip through Ontario, Quebec, Maine and Vermont. we hadn't been to Quebec City in decades and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is conveniently located just within the walled city near the Citadel. Our room was on the top floor with a dormer ceiling but a nice view...

This hotel is an excellent choice in Quebec City, walking distance to everything. Continental breakfast included which is a bonus. Delicious bagels, with yogurt and fruit salad on offer every morning. I was a single female travelling on my own and was very happy with the security of this hotel. Pin code on the door front door after hours and...

This was a comfortable small boutique hotel. Our friends stayed on the top floor in a tiny room but our room was large and spacious and overlooked the park. The continental breakfast was ok although the croissants could have been better. The sofa bed was placed below the area for hanging clothing so it was not very usable. I would...

An absolutely beautiful place to stay in Old Quebec. Within walking distance to everything in the old city. Our had a living room and separate bedroom. Quite and comfortable. The breakfast was the usual continental pastry, cereals ext. the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Loved the hotel and definitely recommend it. Parking is off site though just across...

This was such a wonderful hotel! The front desk staff were so helpful, giving us some recommendations for local events and assisting us in parking our car behind the hotel. The breakfast didn't have a lot of options, but the mini quiches and pastries were really good. The room itself was incredibly clean, spotless even. The only complaint we had...

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with the park across the street and the sound of the horse-drawn carriages audible through the open windows. The hallways are narrow and quaint and our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very small with a smaller-than-average tub, but very clean. The toilet would not stop running and...

We are sorry that you did not seem to enjoy your stay with us. Customer service IS indeed our top priority, and we apologize if it did not feel that way to you. The problem with the flush would have been (and was) fixed as soon as it was brought to our attention. The breakfast is a continental buffet, and...

Great, central location. Super helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast (expanded continental). Super comfortable beds. Quiet. What more could I ask for? The staff recommended excellent activities and places to eat. Often I am referred to the standard tourist stuff but all of their recommendations were excellent. I thought our room would be noisy as we were right near reception,...

We stayed in the Manoir de L'Esplanade after a cruise in July 2015. We were generally very happy with our stay. The hotel is VERY conveniently located just inside the city walls of the old city. If you had light luggage you could actually walk to the hotel from the dock closest to the old city (Wharf 22). It's about...

The room was cozy but clean. We loved the romance of the traditional furniture, hardwood floors, exposed brick, electric fireplace and window seat. The bathroom was more modern, clean and spacious. Staff was excellent; as was the free breakfast each day. We were able to park our car in the hotel lot (off-site and a bit pricey at $17 daily)...

The hotel building is old but the rooms are renovated and charming with exposed stone and brick. We were traveling with older teenagers and I booked two rooms at an excellent price. I would not recommend it for families with small children, the one elevator is slow and we used the stairs a lot. We had a queen room on...
