My friend and I went to Quebec City a couple days ago and lived in Pierre. The hotel is in the heart of old city and very near to all the places of interests. It's castle style and the decorations are very beautiful. In the room there are free coffee and coffee pot. The bath system is so good to...

This is a very charming and clean hotel in a terrific location. From our room window, we can see the top of Frontenac and it is really a beautiful view. We spent 4 nights there and really enjoyed the stay! The room service ladies cleaned our room everyday and made the bed very clean and comfortable. The owners are super...

The owners are very pleasant, helpful people and keep their property in immaculate condition. Breakfast options are generous and varied. The location is perfect for a visit to Old Quebec. It is necessary to climb stairs but, if that is not a concern, this is a wonderful place to stay. It is both quiet and comfortable. I would certainly return.

Fantastic hotel staff. Nice and clean hotel. The owners are friendly and we were very satisfied with housekeeping. Parking is 3 minutes walking distance. Chateau Frontenac is in 5 min. walking distance. A lot of restaurants are near by.

Wow! Le Chateau is a charming hotel in an outstanding location. The owners are friendly and helpful and are meticulous housekeepers. I was only there for one night and the weather was terrible, but I would love to return. The only negatives, and they aren't terrible, are there is no street parking (had to use a parking garage) and the...

You will go back about 150 years when you walk into this building. Mind you it been updated from a house to an apartment and now to a quaint little hotel in a great location very close to the Frontenac and St. Lawrence. We lucked out in room 17 which we were told was the largest room. 2 Double beds...

Staff/owners are super nice married couple who go out of there way to help guests in any way they can Location was terrific and the hotel is very clean and charming. All the little details were there too. I'm a big guy so the single room I had (#3) had a tiny bathroom so I felt squished - only minus...

We spent three nights at this little, century old hotel in Quebec's historic district. The hotel is located directly behind the Frontenac and the little park that adjoins it. The hotel is managed by a friendly, bilingual Asian couple that is truly focused on maintaining a quality, home-like hotel. The lobby is very small, but very warm. Rooms are immaculately...

We spent two nights here in a Standard room with 1 Queen bed and balcony to the street. It is a very historic place with an interesting story. It is decorated to its era(darker colours, wallpaper, heavy curtains and carpets),but that is part of its charm. The room was compact with a wonderful, modern rainfall shower, as well as a hand held shower. The...

I would definitely stay here again. We walked everywhere and the breakfast was great. Nice to be able to come back and rest up before going out for the evening. Wonderful staff. Everything was easy. Stay here!
