The hotel is within easy walking distance of many of Quebec's landmarks such as the Frontenac and the Citadel. The room itself was lovely and very modern (we joked that it was like being in a James Bond movie) but...

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here for three nights for a mini holiday. Good location in the lower town. The staff were courteous & helpful. The breakfast was one of the best parts. Delicious croissants and bagels!

Excellent all around. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Restaurant has great food for any foodies. My view of the St-Laurence and of the old city from the room was spectacular. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Quebec.

Every employee in the hotel treated us liked we were royalty. We got an early check in since our room was already ready for us, possibly because there weren't too many tourists during this time of the year. The room was clean and fresh, the bathroom was gorgeous with a rainfall shower. The room was soundproof, we didn't hear anyone in...

Nothing was too much trouble for them. All spoke very good English which was perfect as our French is very limited. The breakfast is continental which was perfectly adequate....
