Perfect location for all of Old Quebec. Staff was attentive and helpful. Central location for all shops, restaurants, sights. Will say here again when we return. They have convenient off street parking but you need to reserve it when you book the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my short visit at this small hotel. The location couldn't be any better and I think I must've had the most charming room in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful most especially for restaurants and sights to see. I definitely look forward to staying at Le Champlain Hotel again.

This hotel is in an awesome location. Walking distance to everything in old Quebec, including restaurants, sight seeing and music events. We had an amazing time... We did not spend any time at the Hotel, just the night and the bed was comfortable and the hotel pretty clean. If I return to old Quebec I would definitely consider this amazing...

We stayed for 4 nights. This hotel is centrally located in upper town. Easy walk to everything, Breakfast was included in our stay. It was what I'd call an enhanced continental breakfast. I really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had about Quebec. We had a junior suite and the room was large with two...

We chose this hotel because it had parking and was close to everything that we wanted to see. Book your parking spot when you make your reservation as there are a limited number of spots. When you arrive you can pick a parking spot and let the staff know which spot you took. The location turned out to be great....

I don’t write reviews, way to much work, I’m 77 and don’t have the time. However I’m compelled to write this one about our time at the Champlain Hotel. Quebec was not on my bucket list because I heard to many negative stories about the people only speaking French. We spend the summer in Vermont and Quebec is a 5...

Even thought there is no coffee in the room, there is a great coffee facilities for free next to the reception. Breakfast selection was fresh. Hotel offer as well some parking facilities but don't forget to book it early. Second time...

Stayed here for two nights with my 18 year old daughter. We both loved this hotel. Great location. Nice easy walk to all the attractions of Old Quebec. Our room was spacious. The main bed and the sofa bed for daughter were very comfortable. Loved that you could see the horse and carriage rides pass by your room window. The...

This hotel is well maintained. It is obvious the employees take pride in their jobs and the hotel. The front desk is very personable and attentive. This building was originally an apartment building and converted in the 70's to a hotel. The hotel is clean. Our room was clean. We got into the elevator one morning and an employee was...

We arrived to the hotel a few hours before check in, due to an early flight. The staff were happy to hold our numerous bags and we left to explore Old Quebec and have a bite to eat. Upon our return we were able to go to our room. It was great! So comfortable and perfectly decorated and we liked...
