Thank god I had my bill on my phone from y reservation. They were asking 100$ more when we checked in. They acknowledge their mistake. Not much to say. No coffee maker in rooms. Very dark corridors. They had no time to bring wine glasses up to our room. We had to get them .

This hotel is relatively new, and it shows. The decor is urban chic. Our room was comfortable and was fairly large. The ceiling and one wall were just bare concrete, which felt a little institutional for the price we were paying. Breakfast was simple, but perfectly adequate. This hotel is somewhat pricey given the other options in town, but you...

This hotel was very disappointing. It's rated as a four star and the only thing four star about it was the bathroom, it was spacious and well lite. However it did lack such amenities as shampoo and conditioner, ( provided was one bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo) body lotion, a luffa, or body wash. The towels were also of...

Modern decorated hotel and room; nice bathroom, very clean and shining; great view on the lake. The room was dark decorated and there were not enough lightsfixtures; no rainshower as to expect in such a beautiful bathroom. I would like to recommend this hotel for a stay in Sherbrooke!

The hotel looks nice, great location and great view of the landscape. I was unfortunate to be checked in by an unhappy staff. The lady who checked me in was rude and condescending, rolled her eyes a few times when I was speaking to her. She did not act with any professionalism, raised her voice to make herself understood instead...

The hotel itself is a modern building with a boutique vibe. Dark lobby with red accents that exudes a feel of a posh night club. The staff are friendly and efficient and the check-in was quick and efficient. They are smiling and accommodating and deserve praise. We upgraded to a penthouse room with a king bed and a water view....

We stayed here for 2 nights during the summer of 2016. The beautiful corner room was modern and very clean. However, there were amenities missing from this rather expensive hotel including no room safe and combined basic shampoo and conditioner rather than separate bottles. We had to ask for body lotion. Bath towels are thin and not plentiful. The mattress...

Our room was really smelly. Smelled like body odor. Person at front desk didn't speak english very well. Continental breakfast was very basic, including no cream for coffee (coffee wasn't very good either). On top of it, they charged extra for parking that wasn't specified upfront.

Rooms nicely decorated and great view over the lake. Nothing like boutique hotels I've stayed in before. Large bar with great selection of drinks but no food, so had to eat out. No tea or coffee in room. Breakfast was a strange affair - self service buffet with paper plates, cups and bowls and plastic cutlery. Would appear to be...
