Such good service!! I checked in with my father who was starting cancer radiation treatment at the hospital close by. Such a tough time for us was made easier by the excellent staff. Nikki at front desk helped us many times and Jessica also was so friendly. Very clean rooms with all that we needed.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed here while in the city for business (in the immediate area). Excellent location for my meeting spot. Check in was later in the evening, very smooth with well lit parking area. Room was very large. I had the king suite, which had kitchenette, good size living room area and separate bedroom. Breakfast was also good, lots of selection. Only drawback was my skip the dishes order was delivered somewhere in the hotel (not to my room) and I never received it. Not the hotels fault but this was the only drawback of my trip. All in all excellent stay. Would recommend if you needed a place to stay close to Mosaic Stadium.

Well this is a nice hotel. Clean well kept hotel with pleasant staff. My issue is all the fees including a Mastercard fee. It’s just Pennie’s really which kind of makes it worse. They charge room, a destination fee, a parking fee to park in an open parking lot(kind of weird) and then the usual taxes. Then the Mastercard fee. I know that is going to be the new norm but considering that they won’t let you book in without one, seems odd that they would then charge you for it. Plus it’s not advertised. I think they should at least let you know they are now adding the fee. At the end of the day we the consumer always pay and you have to know hotels would be the first but it just feels sad to me. Otherwise this is a great hotel.

Clean and comfy room. Friendly staff. Kitchen had all needed amenities. Would have been nice if a bathtub not just a shower though. Bed was firm which I like. Sound proofing was stellar between rooms and hallway. Breakfast was okay not great. But a solid breakfast. Very obnoxious man in pool area blasting rave music on his speaker. But not the hotels fault! On the whole it was a very good stay and I would stay again.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If the experience we had had been at a $79/night side of the road motel, I would've been much more laissez-faire about it. However, we paid $180, plus parking, plus a $35 pet fee, and would've been more comfortable sleeping in our car. The 2 main issues were: 1. The heat doesn't work on some of the floors. My understanding is the first 3 are the main issue. And when I say it doesn't work, I mean it never reached more than 17 degrees, and cold air blew from the vents straight at the beds THE ENTIRE TIME. This is a problem they know about. They've had people in to fix it, but "can't". So, when it's -30 outside, this hotel is charging people $180 to stay in hotel rooms THEY KNOW have no heat! Wtf?! Do they have heaters, i asked? Some, but not enough for every room, so we were out of luck. In order to actually manage to sleep, we kept a pot of water boiling on the stove all night, went to Canadian Tire to buy our own heater, and each slept with 3 blankets and our clothes on. They offered us extra blankets, but only sent 1 for 4 people and 3 beds. We had to call down 4 times, each time we were on hold for over 10 minutes becausevthe place was a gong show. This leads me to the second issue.. 2. Management of the hotel. This place is BUSY. There was never not a line up at the front desk. Like i said earlier, every time I called down I was on hold for 10 minutes. I've never seen a hotel this size not have at least 2 people on the front desk, but there was only 1. A couple manager looking women walked around, back and forth into the office, etc, but never jumped onto the other desk to help out. It was ridiculous. When we first went up to our room and realized the heat didn't work, we called down to the woman who checked us in to complain. She acted surprised about the heat and gave us the only other room in the hotel because they were full. I waited in line for half an hour to get new keys, and when I got to the front desk a different clerk was now telling me my reservation had ended and there was no room for me. We spent another 10 minutes going around and around, while I tried to explain what had happened. This is when we were told that the heating is a problem they know about and can't fix (not the story we heard from the other clerk) but were assured that the new room would have heat. Nope, that was a lie as well. I could go on, but that's the gist. I'll never stay again.

Shoutout to Ms Page from the front desk, she’s really helpful, caring and thoughtful. She made our stay like we’re home. Kudos to Ms Page. I’m with my wife and Two kids for personal business, we’re treated like she know us before and assisted in every way she can.

I have stayed at this Hotel a number of times and have never been disappointed! Once again the front desk staff was super friendly, always a Hello as you walk by. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is great for events at Mosaic Stadium, Regina Ex facilities, Brandt Center. Only downside, they didn’t have their excellent hit brekkie(Covid related). Other than def a great property! Check it out….

I previously reviewed this hotel as 'fantastic'. I have stayed at this hotel at least 12 nights in the last three years, and loved it. I don't love it any more. Our room was not clean. There was food splattered on the walls in two locations (that we saw). The service level was mixed. The person on the desk when we checked in was fine. He was professional. The person on the desk the next day was absolutely awesome. I wish I had caught her name so that I could have left a comment card saying how great she was. The person on our checkout day was OK - nothing more. The plain fact is that this hotel no longer has the customer service or cleanliness to warrant its rates. I'm sad to say that, after this being my 'go to' Regina hotel for the last four year, it has lost its lustre. There are plenty of other hotels in Regina which offer better service and more amenities for less money. My advise is that unless you are going to a Riders game (where location is so important), you will have a better experience staying in one of Regina's other top rated hotels.

Good, clean and good service. Not in the nicest area.. Close to the hospital and has a Burger King 100m in front of the hotel. Good for overnight trips. I would recommend. Pilows a little bit hard but nothing major. Haven’t tried their breakfast.
