The jet tub was broken and wouldn't even turn on. The bed sheets were dirty and stained. They were also not changed from the previous guest because there were crumbs under the blankets. No TV remote and almost everything in the room was broken in some way. The bathroom tile was all busted up and had black gunk it the cracks. Early morning water started pouring out of the bathroom fan from the upstairs suite and all our clothing got soaked. When I asked for a discount which I felt I was entitled to because of the broken tub and soaked clothes the front desk lady became very rude. She raised her voice and started blaming me for breaking the handles on the jet tub even though she didn't even look at the room yet. While blaming me for breaking a bunch of things in the room two other people (I'm assuming her family members? Stood and stared at me with their arms crossed as to intimate me or something.Definitely won't be renting a room from this place again.…
We picked this motel because it accepts dogs. A lady approached us in the parking lot and said 2 working men had left due to bedbugs. I couldn't see any evidence so we decided to stay anyway. I called my father in law and he said to check turn off the lights turn down the sheets then turn the lights back on and quickly look. There were pin prick sized bugs moving around. I'm not sure if they were bedbugs as they're supposed to be bigger than that but it still wasn't nice. The room was also poorly maintained. The lady at the front desk turned the lights on before looking at the bed and said it was just dirt in the bed and wasn't very nice about it. Either way I wouldn't stay there.
I awoke to bed bugs crawling in my bed! I was reimbursed for my room but left with 30+ bites and the paranoias of them being in my suitcase and travelling with me! I now have 30+ scars from the bites! Never again!!!! But apparently they can’t see the bites in my pictures!!
I've been 0n the road since Friday and the highways are starting to get wintery. Bunking in Regina for the night I have some meetings this week. The sunrise motel is ok the greeting was friendly and the room clean , overall ok and on a budget. The Wi-Fi is working good and located near shopping facilities and lots of dining options and situated right off the highway.
Booked this room as part my husband's birthday gift to see Guns and Roses in Regina...we weren't disappointed! Loved the room. It wasn't a palace but it was clean, comfotable, and the best bang for my buck that I could find in Regina. Would stay there again if in Regina.
It was a very Pleasant Surprise to see such nice and clean rooms on half price compare to other hotels . Stayed in kitchen unit rooms with family. It is safe and clean small size Motel. It has all the amenities.Only few things were missing like hair dryer and Iron board but it was available at front desk on request. Excellent Customer Service by the staff. Will definitley come back!!!
This was a nice rest on a weary trip and the staff made the room great, and it was very clean, easy access to the hiway and a very low rate. You cannot always read a book by it's cover and this little motel really was a nice place to stop and spend the night.
We booked this motel last minute while driving through Regina and was a quick stop over for the night. Luckily the hotel accepted pets which was a bonus for an extra $10. The lady who checked us in was pleasant, although she did not give us a queen bed as requested, instead 2 doubles. We were surprised to find a decently nice room with a renovated bathroom, very clean and comfy beds. Room was very spacious and had nice furnishings. There was no hairdryer which was annoying but for the price I did without. We would definitely stay again.
Stay in this motel last weekend with family, took 2 rooms best value and very nice Newley renovated rooms. Excellent customer service. Easy on/off from highway very convenient location. New furniture nice clean washroom, and free wifi made our stay conferrable. I would definitely stay there again.
I would of loved to give it a 5/5 but the only issues I had were thin pillows and the wifi worked better outside the room than inside of it. For the price and location cannot argue one bit. Rooms were very spacious and the staff were very friendly.
