Filthy room. Carpets stained and grimy. Need to wear shoes, or they will turn your feet black. Nothing has been done to this place since early 70s. No customer service. No 24 hour desk. No incl breakfast as advertised. Couldn't even get coffee for the second day or call front desk when we were on our way. Crime ridden area as well. Worst hotel experience ever. Left and went to sandman which was pretty much the same price.

Booked a room and they gave it up to someone else. I showed up late at night to find that there was no room available and the manager was unapologetic and more so seemed bothered that I had showed up. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I had one of the upgraded rooms so it was a clean room. Door lock didn't work so staff had to open the door every time I needed to get in. It was a hassle. Very noisy street. Manager could have been more friendly and accommodating considering we are paying his bills.

This hotel/motel was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The place is obviously not taken care of in any way. The unit was hot. The bedding is very dated. It has holes in the sheets and leftovers on the blankets from other guests, The paint was peeling in the bathroom, The toilet tank cover was broken, The baseboards were falling off the wall. There were rust stains on the lino. The toilet didn't fill due to low water pressure. The chairs were soiled and stained.

Mini-kitchen area and bar fridge plus microwave are handy. Several lamps for lighting, rather than ceiling lamps. Good for reading in bed. Bathroom was fine (toilet and shower together with a door) and the bathroom sink was set into a large counter - handy for spreading things out and repacking. Nice room overall.
