We decided to take a little family vacation in Regina with our two small children. Initially we went to Travelodge, because of their new water park and waterslides. After two nights we were ready to go home but ended up being storm stayed in Regina. We decided to go to Best Western Seven Oaks. I wish we had stayed there...

The walls are paper thin and we could clearly hear the casual conversations of the people in the next room. The bathroom vanity is extremely small so there is no place to put shaving supplies and other toiletries. The service in the restaurant was terrible at all three of the meals we had there. I could have overlooked these shortcomings...

My coaching staff and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms where nice, clean and quiet. Our free breakfast at the restaurant was good but the variety was a little small and the portions could be a bit bigger. Over all I quote the stay as a weak 7 of 10.

We stayed 1 night for our daughter figure skating Provincial Competition in February. Room was OK! Nothing spectacular. Had a horrible sleep. Bed was uncomfortable. Customer service wasn't very good. It was a very loud place. There was anywhere from 2-8 kids in the hallway being very loud playing stuck hockey. Right at the front desk clearly states that they...

Thank you for your comments, I do apologize that things were not handled better by our staff. Sometimes we don't hear what happens when we are not around to see for ourselves. This will be brought up with both the desk and security. Once again, thank you for letting us know.

Friendly, courteous staff. Good size, clean room with comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, eating area was a great place to keep the kids fed between activities. Free WiFi and cable helped rest time become electronic entertainment time. Free hot breakfast choices eaten at Ricky's Restaurant were delicious. Pool, waterslide and hot tub were well used and enjoyed by us. There was...

I had a horrible stay, horrible food. The pool guy is a jerk to kids and adults. I found bugs. Not friendly to hockey teams. We can't have fun in the pool. Manger is very disrespect. Never clean rooms. Hot tub is very dirty and they yell about stuff then will turn they back to the other people. Everyone is...

We just finished our stay for a hockey tournament and it was terrible. The rooms are ridiculously hot even when you turn down the heat all the way. Two different families had cockroaches in their rooms. The staff was extremely unaccommodating and frequently quite rude. Ricky's food was pretty bad and their service even worse. They constantly got orders wrong,...

Had a 3 day business meeting here this past week and I have to say it was good. The food here was always good each day and service staff did a great job looking after us. The conference room was always cold and the chairs weren't very comfortable though which is literally a pain after 3 eight hour days.
