Friendly and courteous service, very clean, well maintained, room was great, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, price is excellent, lower price if you book online vs calling directly or showing up at counter even last minute, rooms on the main floor are slightly more expensive then on the second as there is NO elevator…by far the best value for an overnight stay, we will return on our next cross Canada road trip!

Chose this hotel because we have dogs with us. All staff very friendly. Other then dated stained up rug in room; it was in great shape. Patio door to outside came in handy to take pets for walk and to unpack and pack vehicle.Breakfast had prepackaged sandwiches, muffins ,toast, cereal, juice packs, etc. Nicest pet friendly room we have found thus far.

Arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness. Check-in went smoothly and the initial experience was positive. The room was well-maintained and adequately equipped. However, upon discovering that room cleaning occurred only every three days, I was taken aback. Breakfast, scheduled for 9:30 am, posed a challenge as by 9:15 am, the staff were already beginning to tidy up, making it difficult to enjoy. The hotel staff were not particularly engaging, lacking in simple greetings like "hi" or "good morning." When my wife requested two extra towels due to our party of three, she was informed that none were available at the moment due to the necessity of maintaining a sufficient supply. The promise of providing them after laundry was done was given. Given the contemporary costs associated with accommodations, it's reasonable to expect a more comprehensive level of service. I can say I’d not recommend this hotel.

Check the rates if u stay for more than one nite . They raised mine by over 20 dollars from first nite . Also not very clean hair on bathroom floor and patio door slide was full of mud . Never stay again. Customer service was real heloful and will deal with this matter.

This is a top notch new property with well appointed facilities including, pool, breakfast area and lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located on the edge of the city, but you can get where you are going quickly. However, my vehicle was broken into twice the weekend I stayed there. The lighting on the side of the hotel is limited and there is no fence or security cameras. The security lock on the back of my truck was cut and I lost over $1,000.00 worth of goods. The front desk person just rolled her eyes and informed me they were not responsible. I left the manager, Jennifer Fontaine, a message with the cut lock as evidence. When I had’t heard from her in over a week, I emailed her. Unfortunately, her response was that she did not think break and enters on the property we’re much of a problem as they don’t happen very often. One breakin is too many times and judging from the desk persons reaction, there was more then one every now and then. I contact Regina police, made a report to record my loss. They informed me that gang theft was indeed a problem in Regina and all hotel parking lots were being targeted. A month later, Regina police contacted me to say they had recovered some of my goods in a stolen car they had found and would be available for pick up after processing. I am a Choice Hotel Diamond member and enjoy my stays with the chain very much. But, this is not a property I will be returning to. Overnight, Safe, security of you vehicle is not a priority from the manager on down.

We were on a cross country return trip. We've spent night after night at different Motels across the country. We decided on the Comfort Inn due to the close proximity to the Trans Canada Highway. We arrived during a downpour and quickly made our way in. The staff at the front desk was friendly and curteous to our needs. I am confined to a wheelchair during our travels and was pleasantly surprised that they had a room designed for handicap access. Plenty of room to maneuver a chair and very comfotable. The bathroom was as big as some of the rooms at other motels. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Good quality Television is also a good feature. Continental breakfast offered plenty of variety, if you went hungry it wasn't the facilities fault. Not gourmet by any means but not horrible. I'd recommend this location to anyone viviting Regina or just passing through!

I thought the price might be too good to be true. You get what you pay for. Bathroom floor was covered in long dark hair, very easy to spot so just not cleaned. Couldn’t get hot water. Ran tub for 20 minutes, finally got enough warm water for 5 minute shower but not hot. Water went cold again. Breakfast had pretty good variety, so that was a positive.

We booked a king size executive suite which we paid for however there was a lack of cleanliness to the suite. We found garbage under the desk and beside the fridge. I’ve also attached the gross bathroom vent that as you can see can clearly be cleaned. We made our complaints known to management and they provided a blanket PR response. Normally management would offer a discount or a credit to keep our business and as we do travel for work as well, it is unlikely we will stay here again. We could have stayed anywhere else and paid less money, so needless to say we are disappointed.

Travelling back to Ontario from Alberta. Overnight stay. Everything was great from check in to check out. Helpful front desk staff immediately responded to our TV issue. Rooms clean & beds so comfortable. We like Comfort Inns because of the patio doors with access to the outside. This though was the very best Comfort Inn we've stayed at. Will be back on our next trip west.
