The staff at the hotel were ready for Grey Cup fever and the influx of patrons and fans from all over. The staff were warm and friendly with a quick and efficient check in process for myself and my business colleague. All creature comforts were in place. The bed was amazingly comfy as were the pillows which is a nice touch. The omelet bar for breakfast was delicious and a flashback to a nice Carribean resort perk. This will be my new go-to for my Regina overnight business trips.
Great hotel for business and pleasure. Fantastic location. Clean, friendly, and comfortable. Warm cookie upon check-in was a nice perk. The balcony was nice to stand out on and see the city. Efficient elevators.
The hotel room was average fare for hotels. The buffet was $18 per adult and less for kids. Two and under were free! And it was a good buffet complete with an omlette station. The fitness room was impeccable as was the beautifully furnished lobby. The washrooms on the main floor are the second best I've ever seen. I was a bit worried of a break in the outside parking lot, we picked that besides the parkade for easy access. The hotel staff are very good at what they do.
Stayed here while in the city for business. Check in was very smooth, underground parking was easy to find. Room was large and clean, I had a room with one king bed. Very nice bathroom area, bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep each night (no issues with noise). Room had a small balcony as well. Check out was also fine, front desk held my bags until I returned later that day after my meetings were finished. Good location for downtown meetings, I will consider this hotel again if I am in the city.
My husband and I booked this hotel 3-4 months in advance knowing there were few full accessible rooms. I am an above knee amputee for 3 years and both my husband and I are learning a lot. U fortunately this was one of those times. When we arrived for check in, we were informed that the ONLY full accessible room was booked. But we might be able to have an accessible room. The room itself was very nice, beautifully appointed. When I tried to use the bathtub, I was great full we had brought my shower stool with us. Unfortunately, after having my husband help me get in, the shower hose had a large whole in the tubing, it was unusable. The front desk responded immediately, and within half an hour we harps a new hose. Now here is where the hotel needs to think a little more. My husband and I were enjoying a drink and bite to eat at the bar. I headed off to use the washroom. While it had a wheelchair sign on the door, there was no button to push to open the door. I tried 3 times to back in, using the bigger wheels, no luck. Off I went to the front desk to let them know that I was not able to access the washroom . This is a function that should be available to everyone, regards of their limitations. It was quite demeaning for me to ask for help, when I shouldn’t have to. But again, the staff were quick to respond to help me. But it should not have been required. Installing a button would be in everyone’s best interest. No one should be made to feel lesser than anyone else.…
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. We had a night cap at the bar and the service r was absolutely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! This hotel will be my new go-to next time I visit Regina.
Best place I’ve stayed in Regina. Nice large room, comfy bed, awesome service and a good on site bar and restaurant. Location was good being downtown and the warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival was great. Only negative is paying for outside parking in a lot right on a busy street.
I'd had disappointing experiences at other Regina hotels. I think I've found my new go-to when work brings me to Regina! The room was clean, well kitted out. The hotel is centrally located. There was a Starbucks a couple of blocks away. The exercise room had an ergometer as well as lots of treadmills.
We were in for surgery for my wife. The staff gave us the medical rate stay which we very much appreciated. The accommodations were very clean. The staff made us feel welcome and appreciated our business.
Our stay was excellent in every way. The parking garage was super convenient with an elevator and luggage racks that we were able to get all of our belongings to the fifth floor easily. Our rate was negotiated by our team, and it included breakfast at the buffet each morning. This was by far the best breakfast in any hotel that our team has stayed in. It was delicious, fresh, and had lengthy operating times that suited most schedules. The room was very spacious with a private balcony, clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was exceptionally clean, zero complaints. Rooms were quiet and no noise could be heard from floors above. The keurig machine in the room worked well and we had an ample supply of coffee and decaf. More creamer was delivered upon request. A good size mini-fridge in the room kept our drinks cold. The entire hotel was stunning with many places to sit and relax with friends in the lobby. As well, the app check in, and keyless card to access the rooms and elevators from the app were very convenient. Would 100% recommend.…
