Very clean hotel, seamed very safe, convent parking. decent breakfast, all staff I came across very polite. Located right down town close to many amenities including shopping and casino. would stay here with my family.

All was very good at the hotel. The rooms were clean and lots of towels, etc. Close to the hall where the function was being held. We would stay there again and we would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Enjoyed being close to casino show and restaurant. Able to walk to venue. Also close to shopping centre. Good security and cleanliness at the hotel. Nice complimentary breakfast as well as parking right outside the door.

Quiet, comfortable, lots of variety for breakfast, outdoor parking right next to the building, easy walking distance to the Casino, shopping, downtown, Tim Hortons at the end of the block & for extra comfort the police station is right across the street.

Not a spot for pets to do their business Room wasn’t super and food is not good. Bed was not comfortable and location leaves much to be desired. Staff are nice and helpful though so we appreciated that. Won’t be staying again though. Room had animal urging spots all over the place and it was smelly

I enjoyed my stay for the most part, service was good, breakfast was enjoyable, and it was located close to most of my runs out for the time of my stay. The only thing is the internet sometimes likes to be a hassle, but when connected it’s ok. I highly recommend enjoying the mini waffle maker, the batter and everything with it is just delish~

People may question the location but we have always felt safe when we stayed here. The staff and rooms are very good. The free breakfast is a standard hotel free breakfast. There is a room behind the front desk with all the essentials and snacks that you may want to buy.

I stayed for 5 days on a business trip. The Good: Friendly staff; clean, comfortable room; easy checkout. The Bad: Strong wifi signal but the actual internet connection would drop out relatively frequently for 10 minutes at a time; the elevator is so slow as to be almost comical; the secured parking garage has no airflow and builds up summer heat like a kiln. The Ugly: Breakfast milk comes in the personal-size cartons - on my final morning I took a bite of cereal and almost gagged. The milk was off.

Was here for Labour Day Long weekend 2022. Great location. Staff was excellent to us Bomber fans. Right across the street from the Casino. With every hotel in the city booked and this one full, staff did a great job keeping the place clean.
