We stayed while dodging an early storm. Room was quiet and looking out the back. Well lit and good beds as usual at Hampton. Very suitable after a day of driving. Breakfast included eggs, which satisfies my wife. Easy parking and access.
My stay here, as always, was wonderful. The staff is great to work with and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Every time you walk in the door they make it a point of saying hello. Excellent hotel.
We booked by calling the hotel and that went well and when we checked in the process was very simple. Facilities were clean, quiet and beds were comfortable. Hot Breakfast was delicious and restocked as requested and one of the best we’ve ever had as part of the room cost. Would stay here again!
My family and I were travelling to a funeral. We were met with a rude reception after a long day of travel. We were given incorrect information about our rooms. S. told us that room types that we chose were not connecting. It turned out she did not know and should not have lectured us about the rooms. When asked about loyalty water and snacks she said that we could help ourselves. Then told us to pay. We suggested that when things slowed down that maybe she could bring us the treats that were provided. Her reply was “we don’t do room service.”When asked about contacting the manager we were informed that the manager would be given our message. To this day we have never heard from the manager or given a feedback email! We would recommend that you select a different hotel. We certainly won’t be back.…
I first stayed here in July 2022. The customer service was unbelievable. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was adequate, but I did find it got low if I went too late. The best part was when I left luggage behind and called three weeks later, they had it and were willing to hold it for me until my next stay in a few weeks. They are pet friendly which means all my future trips to Regina and area they will have my business.
This used to be my favourite hotel for travel because of consistent features and service.I spent three nights here and instantly noticed a difference here. The pool was closed, only one elevator worked for one of the days, my tv didn’t work for all three days, The pillows definitely were not a Hilton quality that keeps us coming back, The breakfast offering were a lower grade offering than all hiltons I’ve stayed at.They did compensate me a reduced price of $90.00 per day but upon my return for an extra night stay hopefully at a reduced rate also because of lack of quality, I was quoted $133.00 plus tax for a lesser room than I previously had explaining room rates change by the hour just like an Uber cab. We decided to go to Best Western Plus even after a $8.00 discount. The Best Western mentioned similar complaints from their guests, after a short stay at the Hampton down the street I’ve never researched or hesitated checking into a Hampton anywhere in North America but a third world quality seems to have seeped into the Hilton franchise . I now will preview the room and reviews before finally committing to be a guest. Another sign of the times. Pity. On a positive note they did finally discard the dead bird I informed them about that had remained at the front of the hotel along with the many, many cigarette butts.for several days.…
In Regina for a 3 day girls softball tournament for the weekend after a 6 hr drive, pool not working and 1 tv channel. Shrug of shoulders if when asked about the pool and don't worry the channels will come back before midnight! Yay! Can't wait to see what breakfast beholds.
This Hampton should not be part of the Hilton group. Have stayed here numerous times and it continues to deterioriate. Might consider this the worst Hampton across North America. The issues start from the moment you are greeted at the front desk by rude staff and continue on to a facility that has most of its amenities either not working or closed. The pool/hot tub have been out of service for over 5 months.Dirty rooms and dirty hotel corridors. No matter the rate offered - its not worth it. Cannot believe that Hilton allows this to continue for this long. The ownership group have obviously no understanding what they are doing.
Decent hotel but not as good as most Hamptons. Breakfast was ok and a bit different for the hot selection each day. Eggs not great any way they were done. Not always hot water for tea during the day. The black out blinds were full of holes so pretty useless. Housekeeping did a good job and front desk staff were nice.
Traveling through Canada we booked this hotel and it was very nice. Sheila the manager was very accommodating and stored my freezer containers for my picnic container. She helped me with getting change for the laundry which was very convenient whilst we were traveling fir 2 weeks. We parked right under our room and near the entrance so very convenient and room was super quiet. Curtains closed all the way which was important to allow us to sleep. The hotel might be suffering from covid-under staffing but overall it's well maintained. Could use a few touch ups here and there but nothing that impacted the quality of stay. I would stay again.
