A beautiful big house, filled with charm. Close to City Hospital and the river. Spacious common rooms and a friendly, informative hostess. Comfy beds and fabulous breakfast. I will definately be back!

We stayed with Janet 4 nights this July while attending a retreat at Queen's House in Saskatoon and really enjoyed our stay - Janet was entirely "on the ball" with instructions, advice, breakfast, punctuality, and attention to details. Meals were hearty and delicious, coffee ready earlier in the morning for the "early riser" in our group, and the location was...

While I have visited Saskatoon many times over the years on business, this is my first time I have stayed at the White Pelican. The B&B is situated in a beautiful old home within a 15-minute walk of downtown. The proximity to the river is also a plus. While my stay was flawless, i was quite impressed with Janet’s hospitality...

Janet could not have done more to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our visit! She shared ideas and materials on local attractions, lent us bikes, and even ran a personal favour for me when I was in a real bind. Breakfasts were delicious and we were offered seconds (which I couldn't resist). Super location by the river pathways. Safe...

The White Pelican is in a great location: close to downtown, steps away from the river and the walkway that runs along the river, close to the university and the University Bridge. I've stayed in each of the three different rooms...all are beautifully decorated and have special touches to make it feel homey. And Janet's breakfasts are marvelous!

There's not much more for me to say but if you are planning on staying in Saskatoon, you should consider staying at this wonderful, cozy B&B. Janet and Bob were wonderful hosts and were truly a pleasure to deal with. I had to have surgery the next day and was fasting so I wasn't able to enjoy a breakfast that...

I recently spent the night at Janet and Bob's White Pelican B&B. This is a wonderful, safe, secure, very clean B&B. The rooms are very nice and comfy on the second floor, and the main floor has a very nice large sitting room with fireplace and TV, along with large picture windows. The location is close to downtown and very...

I stayed at the White Pelican for 5 days to watch the 17u national baseball championships. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was modern. Water pressure excellent. The inn is located right by the river (Meewasin Valley Trail) which features a beautiful walking/biking path. The owners provided me with a bicycle and helmet free of...

I've stayed a few times at the White Pelican. Most importantly the owners are very pleasant & accomodating. The rooms are very comfortable & decorated nicely, you're provided with large soft towels and you have use of the living room to watch the large screen TV or just sit and read. It's always a pleasure staying at the White Pelican.

White Pelican sits on a main drag. Walk along river is just across the road. Great views. We especially loved the Weir and the Pelicans looking for dinner. B&B was comfortable and very clean. Guests could share a great room with TV downstairs. I sat each morning there looking out the picture window facing riverfront and green areas as I...

“Tall couples may not enjoy the suite. It has two double beds and the shower is under a slanting rooftop which limits headroom somewhat.”
