Mary Ann is a lovely host, friendly and very accommodating; this is a woman who loves doing what she does. She's busy but not too busy to make time and have a real sit down conversation. The rooms are immaculate and well decorated, in a quiet neighborhood and within easy walking distance to some great hiking and biking trails. Located...

Beautiful grounds and greenhouse bursting forth with tomatoes in a lovely quiet residential area only 10 minutes trail walk to the Yukon River and downtown. You enter into the guest area including sunny dining room/living room with warm hardwood floors and often, the scent of fresh baking wafting from the kitchen in the adjacent wing of the house. It feels...

Aside from being one of the best-priced places to stay in Whitehorse, the hospitality at Red Door was incredibly warm and genuine. The breakfasts were high-quality and diverse (and if you happened to be missing breakfast that morning, due to travel or other events, the owners would pack you a to-go bag to travel with). The rooms were clean, comfortable,...

I enjoyed meeting you and will text or e-mail on our trip through for our family reunion in Manitoba. It always is such a help to have people leave comments for future travellers to stay at the Red Door. Many more happy trails and adventures; she who walks with the grizzlies alone :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Red Door. I arrived about midnight and that was just fine with them. Mary Anne helped me with my bags and got me settled in. The breakfast was exceptional and it was just outside of my room. Mary Anne is very friendly and has a wealth of knowledge to share about area.

I can't say enough good about Mary Ann and the Red Door. Clean, great location, warm and welcoming. Her breakfasts are worth writing home about -- plentiful, hot, with some local treats -- and are served with a pleasant smile. The rooms are Just Fine, with the caveat that you have to share the bathroom with other guests which mostly...

The Red Door is in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and pleasant. The B&B part is separate from their personal home. The rooms are nicely decorated with Mary Ann's personal touches. Mary Ann is a great hostess and puts together a breakfast for a King (or Queen).

We had never stayed at a B&B before, and wow, what an amazing first experience! The owner is a wonderful woman, very kind and sweet. She worked around our schedule for breakfast, which was all homemade and very yummy. The B&B is beautiful, the yard is so pretty. The room was very large, and so was the bathroom! The bed...

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Red Door B n B. Our room was spacious and comfy. Mary Anne made us the most amazing breakfasts in the morning, the sourdough waffles were the best we had ever tasted...no kidding. We stayed here close to Christmas and the place looked magical with a huge array of Christmas decorations. This...

My wife and I had only one night stay, mid-summer 2015, and wished it could have been more nights. A lovely chat with our hostess made it even better. She was not feeling that well, but still took the time to visit with us. It is a very short drive to downtown Whitehorse from the Red Door, so if you...
