The room was nice but the air did not work. We only had heat and we were sweating all night. After a long, long day of travel we were too tired to call the front desk. In the morning (and another long day of travel ahead of us) I spoke with the front desk - who responded "Oh, sorry to...

This stay was upsetting for many reasons. I am a seasoned traveler and I'll just list them in the off chance that management wants to address them and actually do something about them: 1. The check in guy communicated at the bare minimum with us and I feel like it was because there was an issue between him and the...

This hotel was recommended by local girl as a good place to stay. Hmmmm, the price is higher than it worth. No complimentary breakfast, room is cold and not so clean, poorly looking bed without bed skirt and dirty mattress, pillows are fine for people who likes it firm. But the room is big and staff is friendly and cute....

Comfortable enough to stay. Extremely quiet, but there weren't many guests on my wing. Temperature was cold outside during my star, and temperature was down in the room upon my arrival, quite chilly, but warmed up eventually. Stayed 5 nights. Restaurant was great, front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Recently stayed at the Westmark and I think the fitness centre is worse than the last time I was here. None of the cardio machines worked properly, but there are some free weights and a few kettlebells. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Now have to pay for wifi each day. Hotel is conveniently located right in the centre...

We have stayed here a number of times with no problems. We have a large Husky so we get a pet room on the first floor. It was during Rendezvous, we didn't hear any noise but during check out we did hear younger guests being rude and arguing with the front desk staff about charges for damages. We noticed considerable...

The Westmark is a very good budget level hotel for your base in the Yukon. Clean room, friendly staff, good restaurant, and lounge. It could use a coat of paint, but the hotel is still a good value and has all of the amenities that you might need.

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Whitehorse. It is walking distance to most museums and attractions as well as restaurants and cafes. While the rooms definitely need renovating; they are clean and comfortable. You are not going to find much better in this city. I highly recommend trying to book the Presidential suite- 215. Large bathroom with...

This is a very basic middle of the road hotel. It's very clean, the restaurant food is good, and the location is central. They do a brilliant job of keeping the hotel warm in freezing conditions, however this unfortunately comes at a price. There are notices in the rooms telling guests that they are not permitted to open their windows,...

Whitehorse westward was a good solid pick. Don't expect luxury, however do expect warmth, very comfy beds, and really good friendly service. That was a standout the people are just so friendly. I would happily stay again
