This has to be the best hotel and most accommodating we've ever been to on a school ski trip. The hotel catered for 80 students, the food was incredible and the manager the best we've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend the hotel to others, the rooms were tidy and modern, the bar was very homely and the restaurant perfect for our large group.

Just Brilliant.
From the moment we arrived we felt very happy and content. Clean rooms with great showers and jacuzzi baths as well as a communal hot tub and sauna for use.
Great selection of wines and lovely restaurant.
However it’s the welcome that awaits you from all the staff who are so friendly and helpful and will do their best to look after you.
We are so glad we chose this hotel for our family stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

A stone's throw from the center of Fanano. Nice, neat and clean. I stayed 3 days and nothing to say. Abundant, quality lunch and dinner. Very courteous and helpful staff. Parking along nearby streets. I would stay here again!! Abundant and varied breakfast

I recently took a School ski trip to the resort of Cimone and stayed at Hotel Firenze in Fanano. We had 51 students and 7 staff, and all 58 guests would agree that our stay couldn't have been any better, thanks to Matteo and his wonderful staff. From check-in to check-out, we were looked after and staff were attentive to the needs and requests of this large group.
The rooms were clean and well-equipped and the cleaning staff managed to navigate even the messiest of rooms! All rooms were airy and spacious and the en suite bathrooms and excellent showers were a welcome relief after a long day of skiing.
The catering was second-to-none and they managed to not only accommodate a range of dietary requirements, but also to keep 51 teenage boys fed with endless supplies of fresh pasta! The boys didn't know what hit them after their 1st meal where they were served in traditional Italian style, with 4 courses of freshly prepared food plus salads and desert. At breakfast, we were looked after with coffee, tea, crepes, cakes, continental spreads, breads and pastries. Even the students took advantage of the barista coffee on offer, which the staff were only too happy to make for them.
Matteo was instrumental in the planning of our daily (and some evening) activities and his organisation was excellent. Whilst he was not acting as our tour 'rep' or indeed involved in the booking of these activities, he took it upon himself to ensure that everything was just right! He came up to the mountain on the first day to speak with his local contacts to ensure that we were looked after and then in the evening, he always met us back at the hotel with a smile and a cup of good old Italian espresso!
Whenever large numbers of young people are staying at a hotel (especially when there is a language barrier) there is a risk that the staff will find this challenging, but this was not the case. I was very proud of our students, but it could have been a very different experience if the Hotel Firenze staff weren't as lovely and helpful as they were.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, couples and groups. The town of Fanano was sleepy in the winter, but a great, authentic village for the students to roam around safely.
Thank you to Matteo and his staff. You have made this an enjoyable and memorable experience and I will be recommending your hotel to anyone who is travelling to the area.

Just returned from school ski trip, 80 pupils 12 staff. What a wonderful hotel! Staff were fantastic, food amazing and Mateo really could not do enough to help and ensure we had a very special experience- cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Wonderful! They made us feel welcome. Very clean, and comfortable. It was a tremendous plus that some of the staff know English, and that helped us so much. The breakfast was delicious! Nice restaurant connected too if you choose to eat there.

Very nice rooms, well-kept and new with style, central location in Fanano, the breakfast was a little simple which was out of place with everything else but certainly because the hotel is in the process of reopening after a period, the owner was friendly and smiling... pleasant stay
