Getting to what seems to be the most important part first, if you're after a hard core detox, fitness, health programme (which we weren't!) Gaia doesn't feel like the place for you. I've heard the famous Golden Door maybe more down that alley.

There were quite a few day only guests and they were using the spa treatment facilities ( facials, massage ) and use of the pool, sauna and outdoor dos. They also ate lunch at the resort. So pretty much most things... More
