I had just come through a particularly difficult period with a relationship breakdown and a toxic work environment. I had walked away from both but still needed some time to heal and to be kind to myself. This was, without a doubt, the best place to do this. From the moment I got out of the car I knew I'd...

My daughter and I have just returned after a wonderful 5 night stay at Gaia. It was the perfect place for her to celebrate her 40th birthday. The special treatment and the birthday cake was just delicious like all our meals and the good thing is that they are good for you!! We enjoyed every minute of our time in...

This was a return visit for me and everything was as perfect as last time. It is a place to rest, restore and regather - whether this is by yourself or with your partner. I went by myself to prepare myself for the second half of the year. The one thing that strikes me with Gaia is the service -...

Following the sudden loss of our daughter at 25 weeks, my wife and I knew we needed to get away but were at a loss about what to do. We had never been to a retreat/spa before but stumbled across Gaia and it was the best thing we could have done to start the healing process. The setting is stunning...

I didn't stay at the retreat but I did spend a day there for the Gaia Goddess Day Spa package - thanks to my lovely husband :) It was absolute heaven! The treatments are so luxurious. You have several options for each treatment depending on what effect you want or what you feel like on the day. They cater each...
