Aux Quatre Saisons was our first of three Chambre D'Hotes on a recent trip to the Aude and Pyrenees Orientales and it set a standard that was very difficult to follow. From the time we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for Paul and Val, our English hosts. Each day of the 3 we stayed we were offered tea in...

We travelled in July in the Pyrynees by motorcycle and we decided to stop in Axat since it was getting late; after we passed by the hotel from the center we were thinking to go to the next village or town to find some nice accomodation but, as we were getting out of Axat, we noticed the very nice old...

We spent 4 days in Four Seasons B&B last summer. Those are the most memorable homestay experience we’ve ever had. The host preserves this place as simple as it is a country house. Adding in some stuffs of hospitality that makes this B&B a leisure stay in Axat, France! Everything was just perfect!

Located in a valley surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery this charming B&B is a real gem. The views from the cosy rooms are spectacular and the central living room is beautifully furnished and a great place to return to after a day out. This is especially true as your hosts Val and Paul (and the cute tail-wagging dog Cartouche and...

We stayed here for 6 nights in July 2011 and had a super time. As has been said before, Paul and Val are delightful hosts and we enjoyed quite a few drinks with them. The Apartment Blanc is excellent as are the breakfasts. Paul is very knowledgable about the area and we enjoyed a few walks in hills directly opposite...
