We stayed at this B&B when we visited the NEC. It was fairly easy to find down a lane and the short distance from the main road meant it was very quiet. We had the king size room which was decorated in a very modern way and also had an en suite which was equally lovely. I can't fault it...

I stayed in this ideally located guest house on 2 occasions now for work/relocation purposes, and I'm happy to highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area on business or pleasure. It ticked all the boxes, and Dawn & Steve even include a professional spider catching service for us arachnophobes out there, and at no extra cost!

This a charming little bolt-hole, idyllically rural yet only minutes from bustling Knowle village. Dawn and her husband are very welcoming and accommodating hosts who go out of their way to make your visit relaxed and enjoyable. We stayed in Room 1 which is spacious, well equipped. The large bed is very comfortable and the ensuite shower room is excellent....

7 of us stayed, we were all exhausted when we arrived having walked for 30 miles up the Grand Union Canal, the owner suggested we have a take away and eat in the very homely kitchen which was fab as we could all have a cold bath, followed by lovely hot showers, eat and fall into bed. Breakfast was great....

I had a visitor from Spain who couldn't be accommodated at home so I needed a local B&B of high quality and I certainly found one in Dawn and Steve's lovely farmhouse/cottage. Set in beautiful rural Warwickshire with the picturesque village of Knowle nearby and easy access to lovely walks along the canal, it was ideal. My friend was so...

Knowle is a great place to stay if you are in the Solihull area or attending the NEC. It's got great pubs and restaurants but right on the Grand Union canal which is a pleasant place to take an evening strole. Dawn and Stephen make you very welcome in their comfortable cottage just outside the town centre.

I was very fortunate to find this wonderful gem some years ago and have made numerous return visits. The last time I stayed was for the Christmas holidays 2014 and I am now trying to book again for a short break soon. This is a lovely peaceful period home and the owners are more than willing to accommodate special arrangements....

I had a very happy two night stay in this beautifully renovated cottage. My room, which overlooked the garden and surrounding fields (a great treat for a city dweller like myself) was very comfortable and well designed, with a modern ensuite shower room, as well as lovely old wooden floors and doors. Breakfast, in the large farmhouse kitchen was great,...

Dawn and Stephen (?) made me very welcome in their lovely comfortable home. The Christmas lights in the garden were very tasteful and the illuminated deer were simply magical. I just wish I had time to explore the area
