The apartment (n.2) is comfortable and has a fantastic view directly over the sea and a gorgeous little beach right below it, and out of season it’s absolutely perfect. The only letdown was the breakfast (optional for the apartment guests), which was very basic. Also the mosquito nets are all broken, so if there are ever mosquitos (there weren’t when we were there (May), it would be pretty uncomfortable. The other thing to bear in mind is that the public stairs to the beach are right next to the flat, the beach is just below it, and the cocktail bar is right above it, so although it wasn’t a problem for us this time, I expect it would be very noisy in high season.

Stayed here for 2 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The room was very modern with a fully skipped kitchen. The host/receptionists were very helpful and always available to help. The hotel/property is located outside the city center of Split (which is what we were looking for) in front there is a stairway a that will bring you to a very nice beach. They also have a bar with a great view of the sea. Overall, our stay here was very good, I would highly recommend to our friends and would definitely comeback.

Great value for money. Room very clean, good size. Bathroom clean but quite tight for space, I would imagine it would have been very difficult if I was a bigger size. Also bathroom/toilet was rather exposed to the bedroom with opeque glass doors. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. The guys at reception were so helpful and polite. Credit to the company. Excellent bus service from the town to Split, saves driving and parking in Split. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend this establishment.

The location was far from spilt city centre The staff was not helpful except the young receptionist girl who provided us the way to go to Duce Beach. The room wasn't suit for a family 2 adults + child for a funny reason which is the toilet door is made by glass that means no privacy at all if you use the toilet or take the shower your kids will watch you , we reported this issue from the 1st moment but the hotel neither change the room nor refund us the rest of the remaining nights and decided to turn our annual holiday into a hell since we had to find a solution by ourselves which is when a family member use the toilet or shower the others go outside the Room until finished if you calculate the spending time outside the room is more than the time inside which is a real torture. The hotel ruined our holiday and never again.

Very chic Inn. Our view from our balcony was great. The beach is directly down from the entrance with a small bar/ restaurant within steps. Very trending place. Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking is very limited and street very narrow

We arrived and were a bit surprised thinking we rented an apartment instead of areal hotel room. Three in this room was rather a challenge but after puzzling with suitcases, everything went well. Nice room, nice bathroom. Breakfast OK. Solar Beach Bar just across the street, and beach 1 min downstairs with the stairs. Thanks to Bruno for different tips e.g. restaurants in the neighbourhood. We definitely would consider returning.

Just came back from a stay in this structure, fully satisfied. The position has no equal, Stobrech is the ideal solution for relaxing and savoring the taste of typicality that the country offers visitors, with breathtaking and lovely views. The host of the rooms, Josko, is a very kind person, extremely available, punctual and correct in everything the process of the stay, loving and always available. Highly recommended solution for couples and families.
