Stayed here for 2nights booked over the phone .I was quoted the price however when we arrived the price was different to what was stated on the notice board .The girl who served me asked immediate payment I paid by credit card .I then had to ask for a receipt she handed it to me but had written my nationality...

This site is now a Capfun centre. Since visiting last year, this site has under gone changes which are still in progress. It is predominately made up of individual cabins for varying party sizes with their own facilities. The new cabin areas have not yet been landscaped. It still offers camping/caravanning for independent travellers however, there is only one toilet/shower...

We spent 1 week in a mobile home. The mobile home was OK. The rest of the camping is really run down with no maintenance. The photos don't look at all of what it is in real life. There are 3 swimming pools. One of them is freezing. In the warm one boys cannot enter with swimming shorts (?¿) Only...

Having camped on this site over a few years, it still offers great value for money and excellent facilities. Pitch sizes are generous and electrical hook up is included in price. The three swimming pools, one heated, are well maintained and have a pleasant vista overlooking the chateau and bar. The comprehensive facilities available include takeaway, restaurant and shop. The...

Super campsite, well situated close to Chateaux such as Chambord and Cheverny. Very friendly, helpful staff helped to make our week special. This is a relaxing campsite and quieter than those in the South or on the coast. Nevertheless it has all that you need. There is a small shop on site with the basics which is open in the...

We are at the campsite at the moment! 7.30 am and they have closed the toilets and showers for cleaning! Need I say more? No soap in the dispensers for over two days. Showers do not drain so at the end of the shower you are standing in someone else's soapy water. Near noisy railway line.

This was my first time camping in France, though everyone else had stayed in a Brittany campsite (same franchise) last year and pronounced this much better. The reason I've given it an overall 3 * is because I have nothing to compare it with. Unfortunately, I read some comments on TA before going, which worried me somewhat, but my experience...

5 stars ! Maybe 10 years ago but not anymore today. Kids installation, bar, small shop, teams are really ok but the swimming pool, the camping lot and the shower rooms are awful, not serviced. Temperature of the showers do at best undergo severe variations. The water of the swimming pool is ... not clear (yerk), the space between the...
