Very strategically located, just 2 minutes away from one of the most breathtaking beaches I have ever visited. Crystal clear welcoming waters which I have never seen before in my life. The location is a top noch USP for this property, as it's very close to the picturesque village of Nea Fokea (go try Thokos Restaurant) and the stunning Afytos village. Sani beach and Sani resort Marina is easily accessible and really close to Sunny Hills. The hotel itself boasts a central swimming pool with a pool bar which is a good alternative in case you do not want to go to the beach. Excellent breakfast and sparkling clean. We loved it!

Myself and my 6 year old son stayed here visiting family who worked at Sani Resort. Everyone was incredibly helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was yummy!! Play park next to the pool was cute and nice for my son. Pool was great. Bar snacks were yummy and freshly made! Highly recommend the Greek salad!!! Wow! They offer a free shuttle to sani resort and beach. Such a lovely gesture as was needed everyday for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I’d defo stay here again. Bathrooms a bit old but still totally useable. Air con was a blessing so thank you. Lovely and quiet.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel whilst visiting sanI beach The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute drive from Sani Resort. It is a family run hotel and they were so welooming. Our room was spacious and clean and had airconditon which is a must at night to allow you to sleep as the temperature was 32 degree in early June The hotel served a lovely breakfast by the pool area We also had an eveming meal at the hotel which was very good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend highly if you are visiting the sanI beach area

A very nice villa resort, with room options for smaller groups. Very warm welcome from the friendly and caring staff. Very convenient to the amazing Sani Beach and facilities in Sani Marina. Clean and well kept resort, with nice pool and restaurant area. Highly recommended

My son (10yrs) and I came here for 7 nts bed and breakfast, before a 2 wk stay in Sani resort. This place has everything, Stella, Christos and their small team are so kind and accommodating! The rooms are big, cleaned to a high standard with very comfortable beds, a large fridge and lovely balcony with views of the countryside not forgetting to mention the bathroom with a good shower ! And free wifi !! The food, breakfast was plentiful and lunch was fab! Great prices compared with the resort! Lovely pool area with lots of sun beds and a bar ! I can recommend wholeheartedly this hotel as a super economical alternative to the resort which is very easily accessible by car or taxi ( 5mins) approx €10 Thank you for a most enjoyable stay xx😎xx

We had to stay one night, somewhere close to Nea Potidea, waiting for our boat to be repaired. It was hard to find a decent place to stay, as all hotels in the area are either extremely expensive for one night stay or too old and offer nothing, but an uncomfortable bed in a tiny room. Luckily we found this hotel. Although on the road to Sani resort, you don't hear the noise from the traffic when you close the doors of the veranda We decided to have dinner at the hotel and what a surprise....it was so delicious. Amazing! Nothing to say about the service. Like in a well managed 5 star hotel. The breakfast was served in the garden. Really nice and with everything you might want to have. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We felt like sleeping at home The swimming pool is big enough to swim and relax. The parking is big enough for all guests and is free of charge. One can stay here not only for one day, but for more than 3 days. You can go to the beach on both sides of the leg, as they are less than 10 min drive each Ideal for families with children

We recently stayed at the Sunny Hill Studios, having a friends wedding to attend in nearby Sani Resort. We booked the rooms thinking they were reasonably priced and close by so they would be ideal. However, we were surprised to find that the rooms were exceptionally clean, staff incredibly friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious! Christoph, Stella, Dora and Maria were all fantastic, doing everything they could to help us and ensure our stay was enjoyable. We unfortunately didn't get to spend as much time at Sunny Hill as we would of (Brides can be very demanding! :)) but when we were there, the pool was clean, the tunes were playing and it was an excellent atmosphere! We would definitely stay again!

A simple hotel, in the middle of fields yet right on the road to Sani. The rooms are big, with balconies, convenient for sitting and looking out. Sure, the TV is tiny and the place could be better kept, but let's face it, you're coming here to sleep and because it's a good value.
