Detailed Reviews
Back at Sani Club for our 10th time and as always it was just magical. Hopefully in next years review I won't have to mention COVID but I am sure readers are interested.
The protocol Sani are following just gives you total confidence in that they are doing all they can to keep the guest safe and well so there is no need to worry.
The view from the room looking out to sea is just fantastic and great to start the day seeing this view as you wander down to breakfast. The buffet this year requires you to wear a mask and disposable gloves which are provided while you collect your food. Again, another measure to keep everyone safe.
All the staff at Sani Club are just genuine friendly people who will always have a conversation with you and have a smile on their faces.
The Olympus restaurant delivers a great buffet breakfast and dinner service where this year, we had an excellent table service for drinks etc from Atanas who wants to make sure everything is perfect for you.
Pines is the place for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and where we took all three over the stay and run to perfection by Maruis.
Cabana has some excellent views out over the beech which are just perfect for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The Ouzerie specializes in Fish but also has other menu items and gives a very cozy atmosphere where you can gaze out to sea or look back up over the resort.
There is also the club lounge by the main pool where you can take Breakfast and Lunch with Aslam running a great team. .
The two main swimming pools are very clean and have lifeguards in attendance.
The rooms are always spotless on arrival and with the excellent Housekeeping service by a team of ladies who work hard, are kept this way throughout your stay.
Along with the gardeners who keep the grounds so beautiful, both Housekeeping and the Gardeners are the silent heroes of Sani Club for me.
The Kids Club service is excellent, this year the service has been brought in house and still provides the excellent quality of care and entertainment for the children during the day.
A couple of specific staff to mention who made our family holiday that little bit special. Marius and Anatasia at Pines, Atanas at Olympus. Tatiana in the customer service front of house,
Lia and Pavel who will always stop and talk to check everything is perfect for you.
In summary - two weeks of being in heaven.

We have been to Greece many times and had already heard about the Sani Resort. Due to the Corona situation we had to shorten our stay to only 5 days, but our stay was fantastic! The resort is stunningly beautiful and extremely well kept, flowers and herbs everywhere! We stayed at Sani Club which was a very good choice, it is the least crowded here - in comparison with Sani Asterias, Porto Sani and Sani Dunes. So definitely recommended to stay at Sani Club! You can easily take the shuttle to the other hotels and the stunning marina with shops and restaurants, or one of the complimentary Volvo cars with extremely friendly chauffers. We had a Deluxe Room on the ground floor with private garden and sea view, very beautifully furnished and very clean, like everywhere in the resort - we have not seen a single piece of litter anywhere. Beautiful blue flag beach with great service! We will definitely come back! As for the price you have to compare it with Four Seasons but it is definitely comparable in terms of service, vibe and quality!

We have once again returned to Sani and it’s great to be back!
We decided to stay in Sani Club partly because we enjoy the villa style accommodation but also because we feel it is the best spot for young families.
There is so much to love at Sani however I would argue that two highlights are 1) the beach and 2) the service.
The best aspects of the beach are that it is stunning, with white sand, that the water is crystal clear and most importantly the water doesn’t get remotely deep for 20m which reduces the stress of watching small children paddle.
The staff are so warm, welcoming and engaging that I would argue Sani offers the best customer service of any hotel in Europe.
One of the hero’s of Sani is a member of staff called Sinisha. Sinisha has worked at Sani for 15years and in the 5 years we’ve been coming here; he has always treated us like family.
My children looked forward to seeing him every day of our holiday. Nothing is too much trouble for Sinisha.
It is also worth mentioning Victor, who runs the beach club. Another long term Sani Club employee who greeted me like an old friend.
He is such a kind and warm individual and a professional who always looks after us extremely well.
It is people like Sinisha and Victor who are the reason families like us keep coming back to Sani.
Make no mistake; Sani is expensive however you can appreciate why once you’re here.
If I were to find a fault with Sani I would argue that it’s the way they define “half board” and “full board”. The reality of Sani is that the only meal that is truly covered by any package is breakfast. At breakfast you can eat and drink freely as one would expect. Sadly whether you select half board, which in theory covers dinner, or full board, which is theory covers lunch and dinner the reality is that neither is truly covered. Other than at breakfast; Sani charges - handsomely- for ALL drinks, even tea and coffee in the afternoon is additional.
You are also limited on where you can eat at dinner if you want to not pay extra and if you want to have lunch under one of the packages it is even more difficult as the ONLY restaurants that are part of the fine around package and offer lunch are based on the Marina!
As you speak to guests you’ll find that they are all pretty frustrated by this.
I’m my opinion Sani should offer a truly half board and a truly all inclusive package rather than what feels like luring us in on a rate, only to find that the holiday will actually cost meaningful more than expected.
Sani is a magical place and I continue to believe that it is comfortably the best family resort in Europe.

We booked a week in the Sani Club family hotel which has been recommended by our travel agency
From the arrival we were already positively impressed by the nice view, calm atmosphere and the extraordinary great smell from the pine trees
Our later villa concierge Hayk took care that the check-in went smooth and upon our immediate request to upgrade from half (was only possible to book half board that time) to full board, he responded that this was already taken care of complimentary. Please note full board doesn't mean everything is included, if you go to any restaurants (not the main restaurant) only EUR 25,- per person will be deducted from the overall amount. This in realty means and given the price Niveau you´ll always end up higher than e.g. EUR 75,- for three people
Villa:
We have been brought to our villa (two bed room with private pool and full sea view 607) and were absolutely positively surprised by the great villa and its nice location and view to the sea. Pool water was heated and even extra heated upon request. Kids bed, bottle warmer etc. was provided upon request.
Food:
all restaurants have a very nice ambiente, are clean and kids friendly. The food for kids is there within minutes and overall very tasty. Highlight is certainly the market in Sani dunes, also the pines is very nice.
Service: Hayk took really great care of our wishes throughout the entire stay, whenever we needed a car to go e.g. to Sani Dunes for dinner or to the Marina, etc. it was there within a few minutes, whenever we wanted to rebook a restaurant it was taken care immediately. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful, no matter whether it was to carry the stroller or bring the baby chair etc. all was taken care with an extra portion of support. Many thanks to Marius from the pines, who always took care of us and was running from the very morning till the late night in order to make things work out great for his guests
Spa
Great treatments offered however this was nothing really special. I accidentally booked a treatment which was a body wrap, excluding massage and was noticed a the beginning, which was very friendly. However there was nothing that highlighted the spa experience, no tea was served at the beginning or after, no cremes were recommended, no place for undressing and storing your private belongings, no offer for a relaxation afterwards etc.
Main restaurant Olympus we wouldn't recommend at all, noisy and nothing special. Whereas the Sani Dunes restaurants as well as the hotel area would be a very nice place to stay as well.

Stay 5 nights at the Sani Club in May with friends. Words cannot describe the level of service this hotel provides, they won't even let you carry your towels to your sunbeds that is how dedicated they are to ensuring you have the most relaxing careful holiday experience. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Private Garden, beautiful spacious room and bathroom (3 adults sharing and more than enough space). Amazing views to the ocean and peninsula. In the room was a large double bed (may be queen or king size not sure) and the 3rd bed was the sofa bed which was quite hard to sleep on (firmness wise). The buffet restaurant had unlimited options you cannot try everything due to the sheer volume, we also had full board so ate both at the main buffet restaurant and tried a number of the a la carte options in the harbour and all served amazing food (tip make sure you use the Sani App to pre-book restaurants to not miss out). Loads of activities to try out as well, we done yoga on a couple of the mornings and also the water sports facility we tried the padelos and one of the motor sports. Again the service is what i was truly impressed about, and would make me book/recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Maria at breakfast took care of us every morning, serving us fresh orange juice, the perfect coffee, and anything that we needed, while overlooking the beauty of the bay and the clear waters of Sani Club beaches, The housekeeping staff were so lovely at creating better than home from home. Lia and her team made each and every day just a little bit more special with their genuine care and attention. It was our first visit to the Sani Club and we had a fabulous week, all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, the whole resort area was kept beautifully clean, and the gardens were well maintained. We loved the fact that there was an adult only area of the beach and on our first full day (which was 30 degrees in mid-September) we spent most of the day in the sea or relaxing on the beach. There are so many restaurants to choose from and we loved walking around the marina and saw some great shows in the garden theatre. The main buffet restaurant always had plenty of choice and again we liked the fact that part of it was for adults only, special mention to Boris who was brilliant at his job, always friendly, attentive and even remembered which wine we liked! We felt like VIP's when we used the courtesy Volvo service to take us to and from the garden theatre in the evening or the marina. The sea view room we had was lovely, we liked the fact that the Club accommodation is comprised of low-rise buildings, and it was always cleaned to a high standard. We will definitely be back next year.

Just spent eight nights at Sani Club as a family of four and we loved every minute, the perfect experience to return to holiday life after the pandemic.
The resort is very clean and no request ever feels like too much trouble for the polite and helpful team working there.
The icing on the cake for me was the Dine Around programme which meant guests get to experience the other hotel and Marina based restaurants, along with the facilities and entertainment the entire huge resort has to offer.
We occupied one suite which was an ample size for us however one piece of feedback for the resort is that the room felt a little cluttered with all of the furniture left in (for example the coffee table and chair).
I would also say that during the time we visited (late May/early June) there were a few pesky mosquitoes during the evening however the hotel offer in room deterrents and some of the restaurants offer repellent spray (it would be great if they all did!)
The setting of Sani Club is beautifully natural with amazing views of the ocean, lush forestry and undulating hills. For those with mobility issues (or just want to make the most of an easier pace of life) the hotel offer golf buggies to transport you around as and when needed.
There is so much more glowing feedback I could offer however I would like to end this review by giving special mention to Alban, Joana & Christina (Bar) who really do go over and above to make you feel like a valued guest. Thanks again Sani!

Good friends have warmly recommended us to the go to the Sani resort and there were right in many aspects!
The resort is gorgeous and perfectly integrated into the dreamlike landscape. The grounds are extremely well maintained. The rooms are spacious and our private pool was just the right size. The many restaurants offer a variety of different and varied very tasty menus....
But what stands out the most is the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the service! All the staff go out of their way to make the holiday a special experience. I would like to mention two people in particular: Maria, our private concierge, was always available for us and was able to fulfil all our wishes. Really impressive! And the restaurant manager Maike in the Sani Club, who is on site at all times and ensures that the guests feel perfectly comfortable.
Whether on a family holiday or just as a couple, the Sani Resort fulfils many wishes!

We had a small business trip with our department late April to this absolutely wonderful hotel. It was a small but rejuvenating experience, just the atmosphere alone is calming and relaxing. The staff is making a great impact on that magic feeling that you get there. Every single person was very helpful, polite and attentive, special thank you to Hristos and Maria from guest services!
We had a diner in Club Lounge, the restaurant at the big pool.It has a panoramic view at the sea, which is absolutely breathtaking during the sunset! Every dish we had was explicit. Generally, it feels very cosy in Sani Club. I wish we could've have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend Sani Club for someone, who prefers the quite atmosphere, being surrounded by nature, since it is at the edge of the forest and at the same time, is so close to the sea. Also, what needs to be mentioned, I was pleasantly surprised that in the price of a room( I had a twin room with the sea view, very spacious, beautifully decorated, wine and fruits as a welcome) were included sooo many activities - yoga, archery tuition, sauna, warm indoor pool... Even on the rainy day, you can find nice things to do! will definitely visit again, this time with the family!

You don’t need to book buffet restaurants, but the other restaurants should be booked definitely in advance and some even prior to arrival, some are very busy.
