Just a great and friendly place to stay, lost in the rolling hills with grapes growing in every direction. Very clean and modern renovation with nice amenities and super friendly owners. The view from the room is spectacular. You must go for a morning walk along the vineyards, friendly dog in tow if you desire. the food was great and...

We had the immense pleasure of staying at B&B La Gibiana during the time of the wine harvest in Piemonte ("Piedmont"). It is a beautifully-maintained, yet rustic, retreat adjoining the vineyards of the owners. Marzio (the winemaker), his wife (Lucia) and his son (Edoardo) were not only perfect hosts, but they took great care in ensuring we had a wonderful...

My wife and I were sad to leave La Gibiana. In just three days time we were transformed into lovers of the Piedmont region, connoisseurs of one of its specialties (Barbera wines), and fans of the small agritourism B&B that is La Gibiana. La Gibiana is “Special”. It has four spotlessly clean modern rooms on the first floor (all with...

My husband and I went to La Gibiana in the middle of October and we had a really nice welcome. 2230 in the evening the owner had prepared a small meal followed by his nice wine. The property is nice and tidy, breakfast a little bit too sweet but they invited us to order what we like. Overall a nice...

Lovely B&B superbly located on top of a hill with pleasant view over the Monferrato countryside. Warm, enthusiastic and charming welcome by, in order, non-guarding dog Timon (who is also the last one to salute you by chasing your tires while you drive off - but for the rest she's completely harmless and adorable and would gladly hand over the...

We spent one week at Gibiana last year in September. It is a nice place up the hills full of wineyards; and Gibiana itself produces wonderful wine out of the grape Barbera. Marzio and his wife welcomed us warmly and invited us to participate in their daily life. For me as an engineer it was intersting to see how Marzio...

We stayed at La Gibiana last autumn when on a whim; we booked it blindly, not knowing anything at all about the place. What a surprise! We were greeted by Marzio, family, and friends, who were local vitners just hanging out, and soon began two days of the best food, wine, and overall experience! The rooms are fine; not too...

We stayed here for two nights and had the most amazing time. Marzio and his family are very gracious and warm hosts. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, a superb value! Marzio produces some great quality & delicious wines, which we enjoyed while sitting outside under their loggia. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Marzio & Lucia for...

Pros: * Very charming and rustic building and rooms. Still very tastefully renovated. You can tell that the renovation was done recently as everything, floor, furniture, shower etc feels brand new. Beds and pillows are comfortable. * Marzio is a great and humble host with lots of humor. He speaks good English and he did everything in order for stay...
