The location is good and you have a well equiped kitchen. It was so easy to meet other travellers which was great. Hot showers and rubber boots (for hiking in Valle de Cocora) are available for 5.000 COP per day. The staff is super friendly and very helpfull and they speak english BUT in the dorm (only in the dorm)...

Of course we know about this problem because all hostels have this problem and it will always be a problem. The only way to avoid it is to oblige every guest and their luggage to be fumigated before entering the hostel. We check very regularly and didn't find any bed bugs for over half a year. All our mattresses have...

This hostel was the perfect place because: - clean (I saw the cleaner in action and it is really done well!) - 2 kitchens, good facilities, the kitchen works, clean and spacious fridges, and staples provided - comprehensive list of things to do on arrival - perfect location , just behind the central plaza / parque - beds are comfortable,...

!!Sorry for long winded review but have to share!! My boyfriend and I requested a reservation for a private room for two nights via their booking system. Even though they did respond promptly, we were due to catch a bus to Salento from Termales De Santa Rosa (highly highly recommend) and missed their response after leaving wifi. When we arrived,...

Tralala is a hostel located in one of the colonial picturesque buildings just one block from the main square of Salento. It is very small compared to other similar establishments and that makes it very cozy. It is quiet and clean. Free wifi. Cheap laundry at 20,000pesos for as much as you can put in the washing machine. There is...

We loved our small and well-organized separate room for 2 + bathroom in the annex to the traditional building. Beautiful orquidea as curtain to the bamboo house, a terrace with sunset, just great. Plus the hostel's well-cleaned and spacious kitchen at our disposal, all of it just off Salento's main square. Hostel-price for almost boutique hotel value. Would come back...

Comfortable place on a central location. I liked our private room. Friendly and helpful staff and rubber boots to rent! That was a blast for the Cocora tour. And they provide all useful information in a brochure, that helps a lot. Tralala for a happy stay in Salento!

The hostel was great. Lovely setting, two kitchens, hammocks, TV room, nice rooms and great location. Everything was clean and well maintained. They provided us with a great map and information guide for the area which was really useful. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, the owners are super friendly. The private rooms have a good bed and the showers are amazing :) Very good value for money, a couple of 100 M from the centre and all the restaurants etc. We lost our jackets the day before arriving in the Bus from Pereira, they helped us with everything they could do,...

This is the only hostel I found in Salento with a kitchen. Lovely helpful staff who helped me organise tours and told me where to eat in the village. They also make sue it's quiet after 10pm so it's ideal for families (I was there with my 2 year old, who the staff were great with). I'd definitely stay there...

This is one of the nicest hostels we stayed in. The place is spotless and the showers are lovely and hot. Bathroom bins are emptied a couple of times a day which is a pleasant change from other hostels. The 2 kitchens are well equipped and there'd free tea and coffee all day. Staff are extremely helpful, especially David and...
