Stayed for one night and paid for full price for the all you can eat full English breakfast. The actual continental breakfast choice was so minimal and unattractive. Ordered vegetarian sausages but they were the deep fried vegetarian sausages instead of the Quorn sausages advertised on the menu. Also, was told I had to pay extra if I wanted Costa...

Hello Thank you for reviewing our stay with us. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the full English Breakfast you ordered. Although the Restaurant next door isn't owned by Premier inn as they serve our breakfast it's such a shame to they didn't provide our usual standard. The team should regularly monitor stock to make sure we're providing...

Install free standing showers (no more showers over baths). Provide containers for waste butter, sugar and jam wrappings at each table or at least somewhere visible and accessible. Provide decent coffee at breakfast. Make sure that the provisions (bread butter etc) don't run out. On the plus side the room was completely soundproof.

Avoid this room, our family stayed in other rooms without issue. Receptionist disinterested when we complained. Pub next door nice and cosy on a winters evening. I'd recommend staying, just not in room 6!

Stayed for a pre Christmas get away, initially got offered a room next to the road, reception & a stones throw from the pub next doors entrance. We thought this may be a little noisy asked for a different room & was immediately given one further away. The receptionist/manager was polite, friendly & extremely helpful & I liked the fact...

On a visit to Derby on business I dated here, the rooms are ok however the fan in the bathroom is the noisiest I've ever known, this is fine once you switch it off however my neighbour decided to leave theirs on all night!!! Horrific noise, however the room was comfy and bed lovely and comfortable, the pub on the...

Easy to miss car park entrance as Premier Inn sign is much smaller than the pub sign. Once in the car park is spacious and everything is clean efficient and comfortable. Breakfast is in the adjacent pub. There is a buffet with a good choice of cereals etc and an excellent hot breakfast cooked to order

We visited Sunday to Tuesday, part business, part pleasure. All booking done on line which made checking in very easy. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. The food, especially breakfast, was fantastic, served by pleasant, enthusiastic, attentive staff. The Wi-Fi could have been better but that didn't spoil our stay. Prices were...

Although difficult to find it needs much better sinage and lighting, this is a nice Premier Inn with a cosy feel to it and a great pub attached with the best Chicken and Chips ever. The parking is adequate. The WiFi free and works

We travelled as a group of four and booked two rooms. The Inn is, in the old part, converted farm buildings that look like little cottages with 2 rooms sharing an entrance door to the individual buildings. We enjoyed our stay overall. However, we were disappointed that despite being a group booking our rooms were not paired together so we...
