We have stayed here a few times and find Sharon is such a lovely lady and so welcoming we stayed with our baby twice and she is always accommodating for anything we have asked I.e travel cot in room. I felt guilty as my boy was restless at night, but she said don't worry she made us feel very happy...

I love this place, beautiful garden, lovely helpful staff and clean rooms with tv and coffee/tea making facility. There breakfast in full of variety and very tasty, and it is very close to public transport, both bus and train, and also around the corner from local pubs and shops.

Really nice rooms, good breakfast and useful owners. Gave us all the information we needed to get to and from the festival. Bus stop right out front that went straight to Donnington park. Only downside was low water pressure. Besides that would recommend to anyone

The host is very friendly and welcoming. The room standard nice and accommodating with very comfortable bed. Plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast very nice quality best bacon I've had for ages. Coffee not so good but we only drink lavazza so not many places can please us. The only down thing was bed framing in our very small room...

Arrived late Friday evening to see Derby County home game the following day. iPro Stadium within walking distance, 20 minutes or so. Off road parking is handy out the front, space on road too for when that gets full, as it was when we got there. Paid cash on arrival, had a comfortable room, up two flights of stairs, standard...
