We stayed at Kaya hotel when visiting Tuy Hoa. It was right at the centre of Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen. The staff was vey friendly and helpful. The food was good. The room is clean and tidy. We would like to come back if there is a chance.

Phu Yen is a great place to visit. The region is still remote and a great potential for Eco-Tourism. I stayed at the Kaya Hotel and I guess the BEST in the region. However, the hotel needs some touch-up. The staffs are very friendly, food is magnificent and the hotel has a great view of the city. Recommended for MICE,...

We stay in Kaya Hotel for 2 nights. The staffs are helpful and friendly, they let us check in early and provide detail guidance on the service they provide. The breakfast is so so but the cafe is great. I like the guitar concert in the Palm bar on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They offer free of charge bicycle on...

As many other previous reviews, there is nothing to complaint with this hotel, but also nothing special to remember either. In comparison to other hotels claimed to be at the same standard in Phu Yen province, it can be considered a good hotel: good location with walking distance to the public beach and only 1-2km to the center where you...

Nothing terribly wrong with the hotel, but nothing memorably good either. Yet another Vietnamese hotel with a strange bathroom design so that the floor gets flooded when you shower. The breakfast buffet was adequate. The rooms look a little tired and in need of some maintenance.

Hotel is newly decorated. Room are nice and big enough for family. Just need walking to the beach. And the pool is quite small, without any security guard there. But it is nice generally and recommend for a place for relaxing.

Four of us were traveling by bicycle from Saigon to Hanoi. Sadly this hotel rates as the worst one of our journey. Frankly, it is a weird place; from the outside and reception area it looks almost ritzy, and it apparently receives a 4 star rating (how this is determined in Vietnam is a mystery). Pros: Room was large, and...

The hotel is very new, or at least it seems to look very new and modern. The room is spacious with a bit of Japanese interior style, and is well maintained in great condition. The view is great to wake up and enjoy in the early morning. Truly enjoy the peaceful and quiet space here. The staffs are great with...

I was here in August with my friend. We were very surprised with how spacious the room was. The bed was also quite large for one as we ordered a twin room. Most furniture is new but already have signs of being worn out, probably due to many turnovers. The staffs were very friendly and supportive with us. However we...
