This is a value for money guesthouse with dorms and private rooms. A pleasant double or twin room with ensuite is $12 a night. The rooms are simple and clean and the only drawback is that there's nowhere to put clothes. I'd advise the owner to take a good hard look at the electrics though, switches hanging off the wall...

Thank you for your review. I pray again to accept our apologies for the minivan. We are also not satisfied with the service our company has given you (which is very good outside the Khmer New Year). You told us you understood we could not control the minivan and you know now how is difficult working with them. My manager...

I decided to stay here rather than another accommodation that I booked. Firstly because of the honest, helpful, and funny staff! We went for a trek with the help and advice of the staff. They run their own but it was full so they reccomended another company... thats anohther review! The food and service in the restaurant was great! We...

The reviews of Lonely Planet and Booking.com persuaded me to spent a night at Banlung Balcony. I spent one night in the bunk rooms at the back of the property. This guesthouse has a good location, 10 minutes walk away from the town's 'psar' (central market) and facing the Boeung Kan Seng, Banlung's lake. The beds were comfortable, equipped with...

This Guesthouse is a 15 minute walk from town towards the town's lake. In fact the bar/restaurant overlooks the lake making it a very nice place to spend some time. You will also get great sunsets from here. There is a nice vibe around the place with beautiful double/twin rooms and it also has dorm rooms. The rooms occupy a...

I stayed at Banlung Balcony for 2 nights as part of a larger school group, one night before a trek in the nearby jungle, one night afterwards. Upon arrival in Banlung, they sent three tuk-tuks to collect us from the bus station which was helpful. The rooms at the hotel were all fairly basic however good enough with comfy beds,...

We really liked this guesthouse. It used to be a big house. The rooms are big and clean The best part is the restaurant and lounge which has good music, good food, cheap drinks and a pool table. It overlooks a lake. You can also hire motorbikes here

I have to travel to banlung maybe once or twice a year and I always stay here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is the best in the city and the price is very reasonable. The bed is comfortable and it has hot water. 100% recommend! The rooms are big and clean. One of the best extra...

We stayed here for 3 nights and if you're coming from Kratie don't let the Balcony guest house there change your mind, this hostel is a total change of atmosphere. The Staff are brilliant, the food is beautiful, the view and sunsets are spectacular and the rooms are clean, big and comfortable. The chilled atmosphere was my favourite part, the...

My girlfriend and I spent two amazing nights in Banlung Balcony. The rooms and facilities are very good for their price. They offer nice visits to the waterfalls of the area by tuktuk, and they also rent motorbikes. As a tip, I'd tell you to visit the waterfalls by tuktuk (as we did with our great driver Pon) and not...

I stayed for 2 nights in a twin room on the ground floor ($5/night). My room itself was nice, the beds were comfy and it was pretty good value, no bedbugs. However, on the second night, the entire hallway inside was literally covered with large flying bugs, without exaggerating there were HUNDREDS of them. I had to put a towel...

Hello You had the misfortune of coming in this period where many flying insects (inoffensive) bored us all. Alas, during the rainy season in Cambodia, we can do anything. Fortunately it only lasts a few days. I am very surprised that my receptionist was rude to you, this is absolutely in these habits, his nickname is Smiley and people love...
