I stayed with my wife in June for the third time at the Fontana Olente hotel: after discovering it, it became for us “the” reference point to decant after a year of work and heavy family commitments. We immediately found ourselves at ease for the family environment, both as regards the furnishings (classic without being heavy, elegant but at the same time warm and welcoming) and as regards the staff, with particular regard to the reception staff and breakfasts: finding the same faces from time to time is reassuring and gives the excellent impression of a “healthy” environment, where the staff is fine (you can perceive it from the way most employees pose) and this says a lot about the good management. Also the cleaning staff (very well done) very courteous and reassuring: it may seem like a detail but personally I have a certain discomfort at the thought of strangers wandering among my objects. For a three star hotel the hotel is discreet and functional, but above all the staff is very organised.
