We stayed overnight whilst travelling the hotel is nice and the views from the room are stunning The hotel was very quiet and we had to find staff so we could get a drink by the pool. We ate in the restaurant the food was nice and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel has a lot of promise but seems to be lacking something- ambience/ atmosphere?? It’s a shame

The room is ample enough, has a nice view over the golf course and -in our case- over the Gredos mountains, which were covered with snow. It is located close to the golf course, so it is very quiet. Staff is quiet friendly, and the breakfast is fantastic. One minor point is the bad quality of the orange juice - a pity, as everything else is nearly perfect. The meal was not at the same level, but the experience over all was really positive. And if you are fond of golfing, this is your place.

The sleeping comfort was very good, the rooms are equipped with big beds. Nice View to the mountains. The Hotel is nice situated in a quite area. We had many troubles in this hotel from the first moment. At the beginning we reached the hotel in the evening and the employee on the desk was not able to communicate with us like most employees in the Hotel they can speak Spanish only. In order to get the key for the room this person started using the google translator on his phone in order to tell me what he wanted to say. Entering the room everything was OK, this hotel was having good time once in the past. Small repairs are needed her and there. The second disappointment was having the dinner in the hotel restaurant that was a disaster: in the restaurant 2 tables were occupied with 10 guests including us and we had to wait very long. We would accept this if we had the food fresh prepared, but we had our main dishes served and the dish from my wife was really cold, try to claim that without speaking the language. Any way the servant was taking the dish and after a while returned it to us. In this way I was eating alone and my wife was having her dinner alone. On the homepage of the hotel and everywhere inside the hotel guests can find the advertisement for the swimming pool presented once we asked to use it we did not get any satisfactory answer how to find the swimming pool which was not functioning as we understood? On the last day I was trying to order a boiled egg from the employee in the restaurant room I was waiting at least 25 minutes and I did not get that egg, I was finished with my breakfast and was claiming this matter to the information desk, the employee was reporting this matter to the manager who was giving the order to give us a small paprika powder tan as a compensation for this incident, just ridiculous. I was not enjoying my breakfast in this hotel because I do not eat pork and more than the half of the offered products are from pork, even the chees was laying in the same plate near the pork. All serving utensils were in one place My message to the management if you do not have qualified employee for 4 star Hotel standard why you offer your services internationally?

I stayed here overnight with a game of golf included on the drive south from Santander to the costa del sol. The hotel and staff were excellent and the breakfast was faultless. The golf course was of a very high standard and the greens were superb. All considered this was a memorable stay and outstanding value.

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel in order to visit the area, La Vera and Jerte (not to play golf). The hotel looks pretty new, modern style. The room is spacious, and also the bathroom. The views from the room are really very nice, a very nice landscape. The room was clean. There is free wifi in the rooms. The breakfast is OK. the car parking is also free. I would say that the quality/price rate was very good. To say somethin bad, in the room there was a sound every time. I desconected the heating system, but there was still a noice. maybe a ventilation system? I don't know The closest village, Talayuela, is note nice and it dosen't have places to dinner. It is better go to Navalmoral de la Mata, Navalmoral has more bars and more life, although it is not a beauty place. you need a car since the hotel is in a contryside area.
