Omg. I really don't want to review this place because I don't want too many people to know about it and book it out. 😀 Anyway, fantastic spot, right on the estuary for the fishing people, when the tide is out lots of beach to explore and pools to investigate with the kids( if you take them, ours are grown)....

This was our second visit here and love the tranquility of the place. Our cabin was very clean and comfortable with all that we required. The camp kitchen and BBQ(s) are a great additional resource and make for easy cooking outdoors. Our previous visit ~12 months prior yielded few fish but this time the manager (Neil) was able to give...

Stayed here for 3 nights over the Anzac weekend. Accompanied by my dog. The cabin is clean and has just about everything one could want. Two separate bedrooms, lounge, kitchen etc. Crockery, cutlery etc. Nice verandah out front. We stayed in cabin no 2 which is directly in front of the boat ramp. Enjoyed my stay except for the fact...

The two bedroom cabins are spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and have all amenities including a full size refrigerator/freezer. There is a boat ramp to launch into the Broadwater with good fishing spots around the mouth of the river and on the sand flats. A service station/convenience store, cafe and takeaway shop and a tavern with a bottle shop are located...

It's not often that advertising blurb fully lives up to expectations, but this beachside eco-certified and award-winning cabin-site, which promises 'peace and tranquility' in 'a piece of paradise', fully delivers. Situated 7 kms north up a dirt road from Rules Beach, the site offers of a choice ten identical modern cabins, nestled in the bush but also overlooking a stunning...

We have two boys and travelled from Brisbane. We had a very pleasant stay. The weather was high twenties so just perfect. I appreciated the dedication to environmental awareness, use of solar power, composting and waste minimisation. The boys were relaxed and able to roam a lot further than we would usually allow as there are no roads to be...

After checking out this place several weeks beforehand, we stayed here for 2 nights in July 2013. This is a pet friendly property, so we were able to take our 2 large dogs and they were allowed to have access to the cabin. There are 10 two bedroom units with one being purpose built for people with mobility issues. After...

Broadwater Haven was our last stop before arriving back in Brisbane after a 3 and a half week round trip to Yulara. We spent 2 glorious days there and could not be more complementary. The unit was relatively new, clean, tidy, spacious and well stocked. The owners were great, very friendly and informative. The location was a little difficult to...
