It was really a plaesure to stay in this hôtel Everybody there was so nice and careful with me, the room is such a good quality and confortable and the meals were so good that I can only recommand this hotel Special thanks to Riyadi and Riyadi !
I stayed for 2 nights. Beautful wooden and well equiped chalets. Great pool. Restaurant for breakfest and dinner o.k. Always friendly and helpful staff. Advantage: Location on half way between Mataram and Senggigi, the only one disadvantage; No beach near the hotel.
We stay here for a couple of nights in October so the resort was very quiet with only two other rooms booked. The room is very big and looks great, the outdoor shower area adds to the experience. The downside about the room was the lighting which was not great. The pool was great though. We had lunch there which was delicious, however some of the milkshake flavours on there menu they didn't have. This seemed strange as there was hardly anyone else there. Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. The location is not the best as it is not with walking distance and there is some people singing really loud at night and during the day nearby.
We really enjoyed our night at the coconut boutique resort, the pool was great as was the room. Very clean and friendly staff. The bathroom is lovely and decorated with great taste. There is a pool side restaurant where we are dinner and has breakfast, many options (both local and international). The food was good. I also got a massage by the pool that was very nice
We arrived Lombok airport at night and went for dinner first. After turning into the lane from the main road, I was not impressed by the backlane going to the resort. Kind of a maze through narrow path with high walls on both side. However, when we reached the resort, its well lighted name and the simple reception area brought smiles to my face. Checking was breeze as I have booked through agoda which had a great promo. Both sides of the reception flooring is a see-through glass with colorful koi swimming in it. Climbing up the wooden steps, the chalet reminded me of the malay kampung houses back home. One could run underneath the house to play or take an afternoon nap. The verandah has two chairs and a table which faces the pool. Our room was huge and the king size bed made it looks grand. I loved the high pyramid looking ceiling with spotlight shining up to its center from each corner. The wooden wall and flooring was beautifully done and the soft white curtains for the windows and doors added a femimine touch. The windows could be open for fresh air. The mattress is firm and comfortable. The quality of its bed linen, wardrobe, desk and other room items are of good quality. I also loved the external open air bathroom with pebbles flooring, row of green plants and it is well sheltered for privacy. The used of a bamboo ladder for hanging clothes and towels is a brilliant idea. Complete toiletries supplied and the bath liquid smells great. The water from the shower and sink has an oily feeling but its not sticky nor smelly. That confirms why the room floor was slippery when we first checked in. I could not use the room slippers. We had fish & chips and salad for breakfast. The fish & chips were just four pieces of fish nuggets (thick batter) instead of a whole piece of fillet. The salad were schredded carrots with few pieces of cucumber n lettuce. Both dishes not worth the price we paid. The resort has only 18 chalets in a rectangle set up with the swimming pool in the center. One end is the restaurant and the other, a spa massage area. Rows of palm trees on both sides of pool made the resort feel relaxed. Overall a great stay with friendly staff and cleaned resort.…
Visited Lombok after an earthquake, and so sad many beautiful places are very quiet from domestic nor foreigner tourists (including this resort). We stayed in here for 4D3M, their staff are friendly and helpful, the food is really good. I'm bring my daughter (2.6 yo) and she's enjoyed the atmosphere as well!
I’m giving it four stars because it was clean and the room was very spacious with a nice bathroom but there’s a lot to improve. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food ran out and they didn’t replenish it, and it was mostly what seemed like leftovers. The hotel is located off the Main Street almost like at the end of an ally, so I felt very claustrophobic, there are no views to the outside and I just felt the whole time that I should’ve booked a hotel in front of the beach which would’ve probably cost the same When we went to check out the system was down and we couldn’t pay with a credit card. Luckily we had US dollars with us which they accepted. Senggigi is about a ten minute taxi ride We arrive early and they were kind enough to allow us into our room but don’t think I’ll be staying here again. …
It is a small hotel with 18 cottage rooms. The room itself is nice, big, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom has an opening to outdoor, pretty interesting. The staffs were nice and helpful, tho in my case it was Ied Fitri day so there's so little staff left there. The downside is the location which is still pretty far away from the actual beach, 15 min by car to senggigi beach, and you got to go through a small alley to get there.
Small hotel south of Sengiggi. Actually in the middle of an urban area down a side road. Inside it is just like the photos with pool, etc. There is not much around so you need to get taxis to get to restaurants and bars in Sengiggi. There is a pool and a restaurant in the hotel and the food was fine but it was very quiet. There is actually a bar area above the restaurant which is high enough to have great views but wasn't in use while we stayed. Perhaps the hotel is best as a place to use while going on tours, etc as there is not much here. This hotel has outdoor bathrooms - not sure it works as a concept as on one day there was a lot of flies while using it. Agree with previous review, the bathroom door locks from the outside so ok if you're in the bathroom but feels strange when you're in the room at night as that door is unlocked. Wifi was intermittent and staff could not help.…
We were booked 21 nights in this most wonderful hotel and used it as our homebase for our three weeks in Lombok. We were delighted about how beautiful, clean and peaceful the place is. The service is super attentive and pleasant, always available and friendly but never pushy. There are a few mosques close by but we didn't find them disturbing but rather that they added to the magic of this place. The Coconut is not located by the beach but it's totally worth taking a taxi to stay in this gem of a place. We stayed in four other hotels in Lombok, Bel Air Resort and Spa and also the Grand Sunset on Gili Air, Puri Rinjani in Kuta and Sheraton in Senggigi. The Coconut Boutique Resort is easily the best out of the five when it comes to service, cleanliness and standard of the rooms with Bel Air Resort and Spa in second place and Puri Rinjani in Kuta in third place. The Sheraton and Grand Sunset share last place, both are at the beach and both have nice restaurants but aside from that they cannot compare to the standard of the Coconut Boutique Resort in any way. The rooms were not clean and in Sheraton there was a strong odour of damp and mold. Compared to all the others these two at the bottom were both wildly overpriced. After each trip we were always so happy to return to the Coconut Resort. The beauty, comfort and tranquility of this place is perfect for travellers who wish to relax in a peaceful oasis while enjoying great service. If we return to Lombok we will definately return to the Coconut.…
