Most horrible place I have ever been. We stayed (unfortunately) there for 12 nights and literary every day we had a lot of troubles with our room. Sewage water came out the toilet over our stuff, food is bad, the airconditioning didnt worked and leaked, animals in your room, broken doors and I can go on... I seriously advise you to not stay at this place. Really not worth the money. The staff, especially the director of this place is very rude and didnt offer a descent compensation for the trouble because the hotel is broke and having a bad economic position. Just stay away there.

Dear Y7910ZItiffanys, Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectation. Upon your check in we found your door need to be closed with a little power and your boyfriend was ok with this, but we want you to have an enjoyable stay, so we called our technician right away to fix the door. While waiting for the door being fixed, we provide you with a free dinner at the restaurant to compensate you for the inconvenience. For the gecko found outside of your room, we have to move your room while our pest control team try to catch it, and for this, we compensated you with a free tour on the next day. We feel unfair that you said our food is bad but you did not tell us anything about it and we thought there was no problem when you are spending 10 days dining at our restaurant out of your 12 nights stay. We also feel unfair when you did not mention numbers of compensation we have given you: the free air port transfer, free drive to hospital in Mataram, 3 free nights and also free 1 day tour. Again, we are sorry that your stay in our hotel did not meet your expectation.

We were staying for 5 days in May 23 at Deluxe Ocean View. Both of us did enjoy our stay, especially: 🌟the very hospitable and attentive personnel. Guys, 5 stars to you and our special thanks to those at restaurant: Sunny, Wowan, Habib, Arman and sending our yummy thanks to the Cook🙏(Sorry if I misspelled yr names) You are doing yr job greatly: very considerate, heartful and super helpful😇 We were ordering meal from the restaurant and it took Max 30 mins to get it delivered and again thanks to Sunny and Wowan and great Cook; one day they even put extra Krupuks as they noticed that I liked those. Hearty thanks to the Girls at reception! (Don't remember the names 😏) Super beautiful and helpful🙏 🌟the territory is nice: with nice views plus a great big swimming pool with all the necessary facilities 🌟cleanliness of rooms and a good quality of furniture, bed linen! Clean, tidy and very charming to stay in rooms and enjoy time in the quite spacious balcony (of our Deluxe Ocean view) 🌟AC is working greatly Bad things/ Disadvantages 👎and things to improve: ⛔ there was No internet at all - so I could not do my distant work and lost money bcz of that((( (We were said that this was on the whole island.. some problem but anyway NO WiFi and ⛔No Working TV set as it's work depends directly on work of the Internet ⛔some corners on the territory are not clean and with some old shabby, not used stuff.. for example, spa zone is closed and dirty downstairs as not in use. ⛔the beach line is super small and some rubbish there as locals come to it and leave garbage😔 and it is totally impossible to swim cause we were said that there are tides and waves and that's why it is not safe …

The room was clean and had a fantastic view out to sea. The gardens are very well kept. The staff were friendly and check in and departure is very quick. The breakfasts were excellent. The negative is the climb down to the pool and back up the hill/stairs. The pool is very clean and has beautiful views out to the ocean, one downside the lack of steps getting in and out of the pool. There is no swimming area on the beach.

Lovely property, fabulous welcome from amazing staff at Reception. We got 3 rooms deluxe ocean view was one of them that were spacious and immaculant. The housekeepers do an amazing job. The gardens are lovely and the Gardeners are lovely and do a spot on job. Breakfast is great- a la carte and freshly cooked. Delicious food made by Firman, Samuin, Yakub. Lovely flavour and artistic flair to their dishes. To Ida, Helmi, Dayat, Wawan & Sani thank you for your warm hospitality, conversation and great work and welcoming. You all gave us a wonderful insight to Lombok. The infinity pool was great overlooking the ocean. Our family loved it.

Ok maybe I a little harsh with this rating, but I really really DO NOT LIKE MY FOOD SERVED WITH A SIDE OF FLY. So checking in is easy. Rooms are kinda small but clean- except for the Aircon vet ( picture to follow) The view and set up is nothing short of spectacular! The food, not the best! Apparently this Resorts chef won the best chicken Taliwag competition ( the famous yummy Lombok chicken dish) so went down and ordered it at the restaurant amongst a few other things- i was completely disappointed and later found my chicken in Mataram. Breakfast- firstly the FLIES! I get it we on an island, but at any given time there is nothing less than 100 flies on the food! Light a few candles 🕯 to chase them away!!!!!!! The breakfast spread is not impressive, same thing everyday. Food isn’t that great. However they do make awesome fruit juices. You have to walk 500m to a beach to swim, they do not offer a shuttle service! So again. If you just want a great view breathtaking sunsets- this place is great. If you want the whole package like me- opt for another place…

My friend and I have been traveling around South East Asia for the last week and she made plans and suggested that we stay at this Rajavilla resort for six nights for New Years eve. All the hotels she booked on this trip were booked with two beds due my friends snoring habits.We arrived at this resort and were very surprised to hear the room we were allocated only had ONLY one small bed. Listen I love my friend but she SNORES and I need a separate bed from her to get a good nights sleep. The first room they showed us was nice minus the prevelant black mold in the bathroom but also it had only one bed in the which was one less bed than we booked. They switched our room to another that looked like it was a staff quarters room. Dirty floor, scratched up furniture and one bed that was separated into two beds and unstable bed frame that seems ready to tip over if move around. We took the room due to the fact that we had no other options . The management promised us that they would move our room to something that wasn't so run down and haggered looking after the New Year holiday is over. This room is run down and the resort looks nice but our room is shabby and in need of a paint job and a good fumigation to kill the mosquitoes that were all over the bathroom flying around our room. To be honest I told my friend that it would be better to change resorts then to stay in this run down dump that looked like my dorm room in college!! For $85 we should be able to get a great room in Indonesia. This room is simply below a standard low grade hotel. This resort really needs some renovation work done to it. Perhaps it was the earthquake last year that caused this place to start falling apart so early! This hotel just really is not worth the money and I wish we booked the Sheraton instead!! Breakfast was also included in the room rate. I dont like flies and mosquitoes sitting on my breakfast food. This place was too incompetent to cover the fruit and bread with some kind of netting or at least plastic. UNAPPETIZING to watch flies feast on what is suppose to be my breakfast!! The water the waitress served me smelled and the ice is 100% not purified, The restaurant tries there best but management gives them less than nothing to work with. Wifi works at snail speed!…

The hotel was everything that we expected. Great service, the staff are so friendly and helpful they make your stay extra special. The rooms are clean, spacious and have really comfortable beds with nice white linen. The resort is small but adequate with a shared swimming pool and pools attached to some rooms. Lots of steps down to the restaurant and rooms so not that great if you have any mobility issues. The views across the ocean are amasing from the rooms and restaurant. Local markets nearby . However we found the shops sold the same products much cheaper and you don't have to haggle. Some great restaurants nearby, the Square, Spice, Asmara we tried.

The resort has a nice sea front. Very attentive and friendly staff. Food was great. Resort amenities and landscape may be less suited for kids. They could do more to make place less prone to flies during specific seasons of the year. WLAN signal could be better.

During the rainy season, flies appear in millions everywhere, because this is the suitable breeding season.They appear, mate, lay eggs and die away (being eaten by the birds etc). However we do have a pest control who spray the area daily. The number of the flies reduce significantly compare to other places who does not have a pest control. Regarding the landscape, kindly be advised that our teams are working on railing to be install along the path way. We will follow up accordingly. We stayed as a last moment thing when we didn't like Gili islands due to their dirtiness and horse abuse. We felt very welcome here. Probabaly the best hotel staff we have ever encountered anywhere. They organised a very fun day out at Gili Nanggu for us for a very reasonable cost. This was the highlight of our trip. The restaurant is also very underrated and a hidden gem in Lombok. 5 star dining experience. The rooms are clean and the location is close to senggigi beach. We hope to come back one day.

Rajavilla Lombok was beautiful! The property and room were sparkling clean. The housekeepers do a superb job of keeping things neat and tidy. The beds are super comfortable with nice quality sheets! And that headboard!! I wish I could take one home like it! It’s the full width of the king sized bed carved in wood! Breathtaking! Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, body wash and body lotion. (The body wash smells heavenly!) We had a top floor suite with an ocean view. We loved sitting out on our HUGE balcony enjoying the breeze! Breakfast was cooked to order with many western and a few Indonesian choices. I was very satisfied with selection and quality. Yummy fresh fruit juice, eggs, French toast was thick and light, yogurt, fruit, smoked salmon, muesli, flaky pastries, etc etc. The wait staff in the restaurant are awesome! So accommodating and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay! (Congratulations to Dyat on his soon to be born baby girl!) The spa was clean and the massages we had were well done. The therapist was very sweet. The pool is huge! And just the right temperature after a hot busy day. Very clean. Nice lounge areas. The grounds are well-maintained with beautiful flowers and plants all around. The front desk were all very happy and kind. They would arrange anything you need. We rented scooters so within 4 minutes we were in town. We also walked it and it takes maybe 10 minutes. Not very far. Although there is not much of a beach at the property, within a couple minutes you can be at very nice ones both north and south. We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again.…
