I have been coming to Sengiggi for last 7 years. This time for swimming sunbaking and relaxation and to catch up with Australian expat acquaintances. Always stayed at Mascot Beach hotel. It has deteriorated considerably. Rooms at Taman are large clean and well appointed. Rain showers track lighting and international power points are nice touches. Rooftop pool is sparkling clean with excellent comfortable sun loungers. Restaurant is excellent for all meals and bar is friendly and relaxed. Staff are responsive amenable and friendly. Hosts Peter and Puspah are knowledgeable friendly and responsive. All in all a very good experience.

Right in the centre of Senggigi on Lombok this hotel is something of a home away from home. The staff are delightful - welcoming, helpful and always smiling. The rooms a very pleasant and well equipped, including a fridge and very comfortable beds. The breakfast menu is extensive and really nice. I had a hamburger one lunch day and it was very, very enjoyable and not a whopper or BigM but just right. It's only a short walk to the beach and plenty of local shops nearby. At night the Taman Unique Hotel is just up the road from restaurants, bars and a nightclub. It was a toss up as to where we were going to stay and we're glad we made this choice. Especially when we realised how many $$$$ we were saving.

Had a fantastic breakfast at the taman profesional staff and delicious food and great coffee I would fully recommend this location and give the taman a 5 star rating for food and service, central location it's a visiting must , I viewed the new breakfast menu and it looks very impressive

We went to Lombok for Family holiday before Christmas, this place in all in one. They have restaurant with great food also the live band in every evening is the best! My niece fav is the pastry shop . The fruit pie, cheese cake 😍 . The room is very nice and clean and the price is affordable. Easy to go around with scooter. We have much fun here!

Me and my family stay here for a week and we enjoyed our stay in Taman Unique Hotel The room is clean, air conditioner was nice and cold, full of hot water everyday, swimming pool was nice on the roof top, I got safety box, and the staff are helpful and friendly I mean for the price that I paid, I couldn't complain because this hotel was just amazing budgets hotel with a good service The restaurant gave us cold beer, fresh food, and delicious sweets, also they had live music every night

We ate at Taman 5 times during our 10 day stay on Lombok Island. The food was outstanding! No matter what we ordered, every meal was delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant. The pasta carbonara was the best I’ve ever had. They will add spice to it if you like a little heat. We were surprised to find such good food after having nothing but bad meals until we ate here. That includes the time we spent on Bali too! We bumped into the owner Peter at Mel’s. Peter invited us to his restaurant. We were looking for a place to have our Thanksgiving dinner. Peter, Burt and Victoria were so kind. (Met all of these fine people at Mels) They all insisted we eat together to make sure we weren’t alone on our holiday. We’ll never forget their kindness and the tasty food! We went back 4 more times during our stay. Thank you for your company Peter! We enjoyed our time together, hope we meet up again! …

Taman means garden and this place is so appropriately named. The hotel is built upon the popular Taman Restaurant right in the heart of Senggigi. It is built to last. The attention to detail when constructed meant there was no damage done in last years earthquake. That aside the rooms are clean spacious have all mod cons and most importantly are quiet and private. The rooftop pool is a great place to spend down time while the restaurant below is a slice of heaven. Sorry for the cliches but it’s the perfect description. By the way I have dined in that restaurant many times over the years and have always been satisfied with the quality. My mate reckons its the best dining experience in Indonesia. I am not sure about that but I definitely would recommend the food and service. I will always stay here in future. …

Stayed here for 1 night in September on way to Lombok Airport. Very clean and good location though we didnt have any time to explore Sengigi. The staff were very nice and we ate in their restaurant on the night we stayed. Good food and good service. A bonus was they had live music by a very talented group of young guys..outstanding talent. When we left in the morning we realised we had left a gift we had purchased in the room so on our return home we e-mailed the hotel. They found it and said they would put it away safe for someone we knew to collect it. 3 months on my daughter is in Sengigi so i contacted them again on the off chance they may still have. To our surprise they do and she is picking it up tomorrow...you dont get better, honest staff than that. Thank you so much all at Taman Unique Hotel...unique indeed 👏👏👏👏👏 …

Friendly, accommodating and pleasant staff. A staff Miss Anisha Susanti was extremely helpful and caring , she accommodated our special requests and was helpful and caring, always with a pleasant smile.An asset to your establishment. I would definitely recommend the hotel when you have staff like her around. Overall hotel location was good, with food stalls around and mini supermarts. Rooms were comfortable and clean and noise reduction as rooms are away from main road. Highly recommended. Good job staff of Taman Unique!

Helped organise pick up from airport, tours and things to do. Food and service from all staff was great. Central to other places. Room great and great size as well as decent sized towels. Would have no issues recommending as a top spot to stay at Lombok
