To summarise - I checked out the day I checked in, despite booking a 4-night stay. I checked in, the pillowcases hadn't been changed (there was hair on them). They changed that and I started settling in. I spotted a spider or two lurking in corners, but it's Indonesia, so I thought not too bad. Then the cockroaches started emerging. First, reception told me to go to the mini-mart and buy spray. I actually did that, but when a few more scuttled across the bed and floor, despite my spraying, I asked to change rooms. The next room they showed me, the bed looked freshly made but when I pulled back the covers, the sheets were dirty. Room number 3 was a twin room, but the windows were jammed open so I knew bugs would arrive. Room no 4 was in the other building, finally I thought it was ok - nope, I turned around to discover a cockroach coming across the bed. The guy on reception was so nice and so sorry, but honestly, this is the worst place I've stayed in Indonesia. I checked out and left during a tropical rainstorm at 9.30pm because I was that desperate to get away.

It was a lovely accommodation. I would say it might be just a 3-star hotel. With decent furniture, tv channels and breakfast. But yeah, it has a pool and everything is perfect for relaxation. Worth the price that you pay.

I stayed in this hotel for a night due to my bussines trip, so this is pretty good choice if you only need place for take a bath or sleep. The staffs aren't friendly, they need training about serving the guest better! The room okay, but when I took a piece of paper, I can saw dust there! No elevator, so you have to use stairs. The breakfast menu are pretty fair.

It's location is on the outskirts of Senggigi, so not good if you want to walk somewhere for dinner. Breakfast is terrible, no towels in our room, staff weren't helpful, overpriced. Rooms were old, linen was stained.

The hotel building looks new. It is close to senggigi beach and pura batu bolong. The room is simple yet comfortable. The swimming pool is not very big but looks nice. It is not an excellent hotel, but it is good value for money.
