Basic hotel with a really friendly manager

Looks better in real life than on the pictures here. It’s a basic hotel with a good location. The staff is super nice and is trying to fulfill every wish. My friend with whom I am traveling at the moment for example can’t eat everything. So the staff and her were finding a solution for breakfast for her. The Manager is giving his best all the time.

Dangerous pool

For guess who travel with kids to these hotel please be really careful with their swimming pool it’s really dangerous they don’t have a sign of how deep of their very poor design of swimming pool it’s actually shallow when you see it from the top but it’s drop down from 1 meter to 2.5M in the middle of swimming pool my son and i almost lost our life in their swimming pool and plus they don’t have any life guard who can help you or your kids if unexpected things happen.. please be so careful especially if you have your kids travel with you..

awesomeservice,Clean& Relaxing

We group of company. travel backpacker style. stay for 4 days. Our driver Adi is awesome driver. Lot of story you can hear. The room even tho is shared bathroom. still comfortable. Food are nice. Planning to visit Lombok again and stay there. who ever cycles like me, they also provide road bike cycling. It a very challenging road to MALAKA i assume

Great place

I enjoyed my time in the jazz hotel. The pool is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can rent scooters there as well. The rooms are a little small but sufficient enough. They also have air-conditioning. I liked the bathrooms a lot. They were clean and big. I would stay again at the jazz hotel and recommend the place to my friends.

Would stay again!

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Stayed for a whole week! Mr. Adi drove us around the island, giving us one of our favourite days in Lombok. The food at the restaurant is good and it’s very close to the beach. Hotel has everything you need, and if they don’t, they’ll try to make it happen.

Okay hotel for a cheap price

Decent hotel for only $30 a night. The room was nice and clean however they only gave us two towels. My boyfriend used one to shower and the other to dry his hair. I asked the staff for another towel to use and they told us they only give two towels.. had to use a wet towel to shower with. The shower area was very small and when the shower is on it sprays all the way to the door. Make sure door is closed before you turn on the shower.

4 Star for pool and service; room 3 & 1/2 stars

This place was lovely - especially Hul who was a wonderful bartender and server! Staff were all welcoming & friendly. The pool is the selling feature - we witnessed them cleaning this beauty 3x today. They tested the levels when we first arrived, skimmed it during the late afternoon, and they treated and skimmed it again in the evening and scrubbed the walls!!! Amazing. They take pride in what they do. Cocktails were wonderful (by Hul) and they have a fabulous swim up bar which is the only one we’ve seen on our travels over the last one month. Room was average - clean but just ok in appearance. We were right next to reception so it was noisy at times.

The hospitality was memorable

This hotel is not directly facing the beach. Visitors must walk approximately 300 meters to get to the beach through a restaurant. The location is quite strategic with very easy access as it is close to Blue bird taxi rank. I really like the hospitality of all the staff who serve in the hotel. Although I booked a low-priced room but did not reduce their friendliness to guests. The hotel has a very well maintained room cleanliness so I have no doubt lying down for a rest. Breakfast served in the form of fried rice. Lack of this hotel there is a location located on the land with a high contour so it can complicate visitors who are old. In addition the shower that the water pressure is less so there are conditions when I was in the shower ran out of water to wait for approximately 2 minutes. I recommend this hotel for visitors who have limited funds but still want to be able to visit and stay at senggigi beach location…

Dinner At The Hotel

Our last minute dinner decision at the Restaurant of the Jazz Senggigi Hotel was pure serendipity. We ordered pan fried snapper fillet and tuna steak for dinner and after we had finished our sumptuous meal I wanted to share how very much we had enjoyed our meals. The staff told us proudly about the reputation of Chef Mus who had been hand-picked by the owner of the hotel some three years ago. We asked the staff what dessert he could recommend. To our surprise Chef Mus came to our table to recommend Chocolate Sticky Date Pudding served with ice cream. Without hesitation we agreed to follow his recommendation. And voila, the dessert turned out to be another show-stopper. We will go back to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow with a hard-to-forget amazing culinary experience.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff.

Hotel was good. Very reasonably priced room which looked over a generous sized pool. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My girlfriend was sick and Rini on reception was brilliant, being attentive, helping and offering to take us to hospital if necessary. Felt very looked after. Highly recommended place!
