We stayed for 4 days as a group of 15. The lodge was great, rooms were clean with good heating. Used the communal kitchen for breakfast Meals in the restaurant were fantastic and a credit to Scott Spicer the resident chef. Great areas to go for a stroll and pet friendly

We were upgraded to the 'Cottage of Indulgence' which is a lovely spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. It has a big spa bath which I never got to use as I was just staying one night. It was peaceful and quiet. The bed was a huge kingsize and very comfortable. Well appointed cottage with all the mod cons including...

We stayed here for one night on our way to Bremer Bay (see my reviews for Hakea House and the Old Telegraph Station). We stayed in room 8 in the lodge and were adjacent to the communal kitchen area. The room was very clean and well appointed with a perfectly adequate en suite. We arrived in the early evening with...

One night stopover on our road trip. Very comfortable lodgings in the main building. Nice lounge and communal kitchen as well. Ensuite bathroom was very good. Enjoyed a couple of walks and the lovely view of the Ranges. All very peaceful. The absolute highlight was the evening meal. Outstanding food and service. Beef cheeks were divine. I don't know how...

Taking into account there's limited accommodation in this neck of the woods, I need to give it an average review that it exists. BUT the furnishings are like a visit to my Nana's. Floral sofas, fake flowers, some cringe worthy pictures on the walls. So much could be done, but they need someone with taste to decorate. There are some...

Thank you for your comments, we are sorry that you did not like the decor in our Green cottage, but I would like to point out that the photo's and such in this cottage reflect the history of Kendenup itself. If you had stayed in our Blue cottage then this has a different decor as well (more modern), but our...

Waking up to the Stirling Ranges view each morning and the birds singing in the trees is magical. The staff are very helpful and full of local knowledge of places to see and explore in the region. The cottages are well presented and clean. I would recommend Kendenup Lodge and Cottages to anyone that just wants to get away from...

Great if you fancy somewhere off the beaten track. There were communal kitchen facilities available, which made it feel a bit more like a hostel. But the kitchen was well-equipped and large. The room was comfortable.

Stayed for 5 nights in the cottage of Indulgence and enjoyed every minute of it. Blazing Log Fire, Red Wine, Chocolate and DVDs all in the comfort and tranquility of the Kendenup countryside. Stirling Ranges to the left and Porungarups to the right. Hop, skip and a jump into Mt Barker and a short ride to Albany. Book in now,...
