Well, the location is really great, you can walk to basically all main destinations. The reception staff is very friendly too. the rooms are ok, just it is overheated at night, the shower has constant temperature changes and the it is quite noisy. breakfast is awful too. would not recommend.

The place was infested with insects. The place should be shut until it is totally de-infested....a vain hope though! Kettle in the room but no tea, coffee or sugar....had to ask and this was meant with animal grunts. Would not recommend it to anyone of a civilised disposition.... Simply put, one of the worst places I have evrr visited in...

Hotel Old Telavi is a nicely restored classic hotel centrally located in downtown Telavi. The building is quite attractive and has a large traditional Georgian fountain on the side. And the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The rooms are nice although they are styled in a 90s version of "modern." The bathrooms are decent although the showers have way too...

Centrally located hotel, rooms good size with large massage shower that was dated and didn't work. Staff were friendly and welcoming and even made me a cup of tea free of charge when I arrived. Breakfast was served in the basement restaurant. It was fairly limited, yoghurt, cucumber and tomatoes and unremarkable instant coffee.

Room enough size but basic No in room safe Wifi works well Very good Staff nothing special and I asked for other room because was noisy and they said they no, because hotel was full? Didnt like to be full Noise the worst - can listen all noise from street , music outside and people speaking.

Central location is the advantage of this hotel, plus a quite good restaurant, except for breakfast which is very limited. Telavi has only one other full menu restaurant so choices are quite limited. Rooms are adequate although beware the beds are very hard.

Nothing much to say.. Great location simple and modern hotel.. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with all amenities..service is a bit distant and unpersonal The only real negative is that beds are not comfortable because they use foam mattresses so I could not sleep.. Breakfast is very simple.. English is not widely spoken although they try :)

There's the original hotel and the annexe across the road - where I was. Clean, efficient. Everything worked - including the alarmingly complex shower/massage booth! Nice people. Very central. Good bed. Very comprehensive breakfast across the road in the main building. No negatives, just a good overnight competently run.

This is possibly the best hotel in the small town of Telavi and it is perhaps worth staying here for the showers alone. It seems every room has a shower which is really elaborate compared with the overall standard of the place but apparently this upgrade did not bankrupt the business. Our room was fairly large, poorly lit, oddly shaped,...

Want to see how they lived in the 40's? Just stay one night at this hotel and you will enjoy the old style furnishings of that decade: heavy, carved, wooden bureaus, head boards, and chairs. Even the heating system was from the 40's as there was no heat but it was warm enough with the heavy blankets. A quaint place...
