The hotel is part of a complex of buildings once owned by German Barons Von Wolf. In a semi rural setting, very pleasant! The service was absolutely great, friendly down to earth people. Dinner was excellent ,breakfast buffet a bit limited, but good. Rooms good, although a bit hard to find at first. All rooms are on the one level, even though numbered from 100...

After the trip ( awful road conditionas from Smiltene to Gulbene) opened a nice view to the whole town. It was cute. The accommodation was excellent. The big entrance hall, cute dining rooms and cosy rooms. Everything was stylish and considered clients` interests. As I speak English and Russian fluently I did not have any language problems in this area....

Hotel is located in historical manor, which has been renewed. Spaceous lobby, hall for events and nice, romantic restaurant. Room was really spaceous, as well as bathroom. Very good experience, recommend this cosy hotel in countryside!

Driving to Tartu from Vilnius this was a perfect hotel to stay overnight. The service was nice and correct. The rooms were ok although I woke quite early in the morning because of the quite heavy traffic (lorries ) passing by. We had late dinner and although they told us at our arrival that the kitschen will close there was...

This hotel was chosen as it seemed to be halfway between Tallinn and Vilnius so we were not expecting anything special. The first room we were shown was definitely not special with sloping ceiling and no blinds or curtains and did not have the chairs referred to in our booking confirmation. Gentle persuasion, difficult in view of language problems, got...

Clean, comfortable and cozy hotel with very friendly and good service. Highly recommendable for staying overnight when travelling through Latvia. Food was very good and hotel has a nice terrace to enjoy a glass or two of wine late in the evening. Very positive experience

Our first experience with this hotel/restaurant was with a small tour group we were leading, but had taken someone else's recommendation. Dinner was poorly prepared and casually presented. The rooms were far away (we had to walk around a large ballroom), hot (the AC didn't work), and didn't receive the WIFI they advertised. Breakfast was no better than dinner. Our...

Friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty food in restaurant, but very simple. Wi-Fi available only at some parts of the hotel. Spa area with two saunas and jacuzzi bath, saunas were good, jacuzzi and showers has only cool water. No space for relaxing. If outside temperature is more than 25C, air conditioner missing. Nice surrounding for walking.

Modern refurbishment and in good condition. Not very busy in July. The room was comfortable. There was no air-conditioning but the window provided a welcome breeze which lowered the temperature to an acceptable level. Free internet. Sadly the hot water didnt make it to our room in the morning so we had cold showers. Rather sudden way to start the...

The hotel is located in the territory/is part of an old manor. The place seems to be relatively recently renewed or built, the rooms are very cozy. We had a nice & spacey room (stayed with two children), very spacey bathroom. Was glad to see shower operating manual ;) (frequently places using fancy design showers seem to think that it...
