I loved ambosseli serena,Joseph at the front desk was amazing. It was a last minute booking but all our needs were catered for. We booked a triple and got an upgrade of two rooms. The food was good, the first night the beef wasn't that great but after that they did not disappoint. Loved the amenities the pool is clean... More

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights here and enjoyed plenty of game. The place caters well to children and families and despite being nearly fully booked,we were well attended to. Problems on check-in were quickly resolved and all staff were helpful and courteous without giving me the feeling like they were being polite just for tips. There is a genuine... More

The hotel was nice. The rooms were designed like huts. The food was average. Service was good. There was Indian food on the buffet during all the meal periods. The lodge is inside the game reserve. Overall a nice place to stay.

Stayed here in June 2016 booked by my travel agent. The lodging is an excellent 5 star option inside of the Amboseli National Park. We had an incredible view of Mount Kilimanjaro from the lodge. Service, food, rooms and all were excellent. Recommend those traveling into Amboseli to stay at the lodge for its great value, it should be in... More

This is a good hotel to stay in while visiting the Amboseli Park. It's clean, comfortable and well located. The food is decent and the staff very friendly. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, quaintly decorated. It has a great bar located next to a waterhole which attracts a lot of animals at night. I rate it a five.

If you wish to experience an African Lodge as you would have envisioned from an earlier hunting era, Amobseli Serena Safari Lodge is the place. It is loaded with personality and a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Be advised that monkeys have learned to tear screens and open screen doors, so be sure to... More

Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable. It opened out onto a terrace and the monkeys like to come up and visit. The staff was so helpful and the bush dinner was fantastic. The game drives with our guide Evans was always a success in great sightings. He was so incredibly knowledgeable in the animals and the location. He... More

We spent two nights at Amboseli Serena, which is a lovely lodge set in the most beautiful gardens. The décor is very unusual and attractive, and it's nice to see local Maasai working in various positions in the lodge. The food was generally very good, and the service was excellent. My only comment is that the bathroom was quite dirty... More
