An amazing experience to enjoy Tayrona. Yes, it is very expensive. Yes, it is equally unique to enjoy such a comfort and breathtaking view in the middle of the jungle. We loved: - The amazing view from the room - Breakfast and drinks as room service if required - The towels, sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach - The food,...

BOOKING: I found it a bit strange to pay upfront and in the process they used. In fact, I had to get my credit card company on the phone for them to even approve it (and later got charged a foreign transaction fee by my credit card company). However, our room was there and waiting for us upon arrival! LOCATION:...

We have not stayed at the Ecohabs yet but we are going there tomorrow. However I wanted to share how the booking process went, since it was a real joke. We booked the Ecohabs for 2 nights from the website, which collects the money even before confirming the availability. We were initially told it was available and then shortly after...

The eco-habs are lovely with stunning views of the beaches and jungle. Just sitting on the veranda / sitting area was a treat. Worth getting a guide for some walking. Service was excellent, breakfasts were good but otherwise food was very variable in quality and not up to the standard expected . Staff were all lovely, very helpful and efficient....

I'm reflecting on our 4 nights = 3 days. In spite of some misgivings about the tired condition of some of Ecohabs overall we loved it. We had habitacion #9. Best view I think. 179 steps from reception, 152 from the very good restaurant. I loved the steps (see pic), especially the trails of amazing leaf cutter ants, and the...

I was pleasantly surprised arriving here after reading some negative reviews. First of all the view and surroundings - beach w giant waves and jungle covered mountains - are stunning. Also the "cabañas" are roomy, clean and nicely decorated in white. The sitting area below has two hammocks were we spent hours just enjoying the scenery. The bathroom is also...

Amazing location for exploring the Tayrona park. Sea view from well maintained huts. Service level below what you would expect for a 400usd a night place. Limited choice breakfast, often ingredients "finished", broken things not replaced such as light in hut within 3 days, no flexibility to change ingredients in menu, limited quality food, spa services more limited than menu...

Firstly the setting on a hillside overlooking the sea and coastal mountains to the rear was extremely picturesque and the higher your cabin, the better the view particularly as we had a full moon. The cabin is comfortable and clean. The restaurant was open on all sides and offered a good menu. The food was good throughout our 3 day...

Although pricey, we felt in the end the value was good and highly recommend a stay of at least two nights here. The "Habs" are uniquely designed with lots of great traits and only one drawback - the sleeping quarters are either open or closed as the louvered doors don't flip open and closed. The porch and views and hammocks...

Dear all, it is simple, if you visit Tayrona, sleep here.........Arrecifes is nice but the parc itself does not make it a must see place unless you stay at Ecohabs which are divine! Great ocean views, great food and as such a wonderful experience......... Wonderful walk to park HQ in the early morning should be on your list too.......A very...
