Friendly, welcoming and homely. Tea and home made cake on arrival. Cosy bedroom with excellent hospitality tray. Modern, tastefully furnished shower en-suite. Good breakfast, including eggs freshly laid that morning. Ideal rural setting, excellent local pubs for lunches and evening meals (short drive or long walk), 20 minute drive to Exeter.

Stayed for six nights with my wife and seven year old daughter. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with ensuite bathroom. The breakfasts were superb, with a selection of cooked items. Jill and Steve made us very welcome and our daughter particularly enjoyed feeding the hens and collecting eggs in the morning.

We stayed at the farm for two nights recently while in Exeter on a training course. Best thing about our stay was the friendly hospitality. We also received good advice about matters local and whilst the welcome was wonderful it was not overbearing - the balance was just right for us. The room and the en-suite bathroom were comfortable and...

Ideally located for both countryside & coastly activities. Two pubs within 10-15 mins walk. Nice view from room. Very quiet. Good choice of breakfast, and full english breakfast was very good. Will return and would recommend to others.
