ホテルには2度目の滞在。 スタッフはゲストに対して配慮する必要があります。 まず、騒がしい。 メイド同士はマスクなしで会話していたので安心感は無い。 This hotel is my second stay The staff is noisy in the maid room, and even though it is in the covid-19, the staff is talking without a mask, so there is no sense of security And there is a problem with soundproofing I think there is a moral of the guest, but anyway, the sound of the door and the voice are noisy.
I’m staying 2 nights with this hotel. The first-night younger guard services me about parking so nice to find the parking for me by caring. And the second night the older guard service about parking him just said the this is the VIP parking can’t park then chase me park the car outside the building for the VIP can park. that I don’t expect to have car parking enough for all the visitors but if he tries to caring or just use the good word maybe I will felt better than this.
We stayed for two nights, in two different rooms as we planned to stay in a different town the second night but ended up coming back again after a change of plans. Staff were helpful and the rooms was very thoughtfully designed. Cleaning could be improved somewhat (cupboards and doors were a little grubby) but otherwise rooms were clean and beds comfy. We looked inside a number of hotels around this area and none could beat Madera for value. Cupboards had plates and cutlery which was great but we weren't able to clean as no sponge or detergent.
Hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes walk to Robinson shopping center. A lot of local restaurant nearby. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean and function, separate toilet and bathroom. Bed and pillow are so soft. Big rotatable TV screen, can rotate to bedroom space or living area. Breakfast serves hot food set, Thai, Japanese, American. Quite disappointed for Japanese set, I chose grill salmon set. Salmon is very thin slice. Not enough parking space comparing number of rooms. Swimming pool is so tiny on the roof top.
The location of this hotel / serviced apartment is excellent. Within walking distance to Robinson mall, also there's 7-11 nearby. The rooms that we got were clean with good sized bathrooms. The only concern that I had during my stay was when out of curiosity, i did a "safety check" on all windows / balcony door, and found one balcony door lock was broken! So there we have a room only on level 2 (someone can easily climb and broke into our room), with broken door lock which upon closer inspection, the metal locking mechanism part seemed to gave out due to forced opening of the door. Called reception and kudos to the staff, we were moved up to level 6. Alas, when i checked our new room's windows and balcony doors, one sliding balcony door (supposed to be locked) was also malfunctioned and couldn't be locked! This time, the locking mechanism wasn't installed precisely so it doesn't work properly. Advised the staff again who organised for a technician to come. He then informed us that the balcony door locking mechanism for all the rooms would need to be checked and probably updated, so it's up to management. Luckily we were on level 6 at that time so highly unlikely that someone would climb all the way up and greatly risk their life just to break into our room, so we sort of just let it go at that time. Breakfast in the little restaurant on ground floor was good! They basically have two breakfast options (no buffet), American (international) breakfast, and Japanese breakfast. I chose the American one and the omelette / sausages etc were very well made. Overall, i would actually give it a 4 out of 5 review, if not because of my concern about the balcony door lock. This hotel doesn't have a large yard in front of my original room on level 2, and i could see clearly that someone from outside could just climb over to the balcony of the neighbouring house, then climb over to my balcony! It had actually sent shivers down my spine when i saw the sign that the metal part used in the door locking mechanism broke probably due to forced opening!…
